Thanks, I’ll consider this. After I finish this story, I intend to create another fanfic that is connected to this one but set in a different universe, or within the same universe but with a different storyline to make it a String universe story.

Both their memories are overlapped with one another, so you could say they got fused. Think about Prototype 1, where Alex Mercer thought he was Alex when he was not. Similarly, the feelings Jonathan had when he faced Brad those scared feelings were not his own but those of the original Michael Wilson that's what he said remember.

However, throughout his journey, this will change and contribute to his character development.

Even Peter had trouble fighting villains throughout his journey, which is why he improved over time. You're only looking at his best moments, not his entire character or development. You are the type of person who only focuses on the cool aspects, ignoring his character growth.
