Getting MC in minor or major trouble just to make the story spicy is not necessary as in a world filled with shinobi's trouble will find you. Again my point of contention was that in a world filled with shinobi's, author put the MC directly in ongoing class with no memory of the body to begin with. In that dangerous world if the MC fail to have good mental faculty or does something out of context then labeling him as a spy would not be out of the realm of possibilities.
