Neji would. While Tenten is strong, Neji just has too much going for him. Superior taijutsu, superior chakra control, Byakugan, and probably multiple Hyuga clan techniques that can put Tenten at a disadvantage

Probably will go confront Tenten about it. I imagine that he’ll confront Tenten while she is training with Naruto and will proceed to insult Hinata, then insult Tenten for training her. Could be the first confrontation between Naruto and Neji

Sakura is earth, Ino is water, Hinata is water if not wind, Choji is earth or not water, Shilamaru is fire if not earth, Kiba is wind if not lightning, Shinto I would say is water or lightning, Tenten is earth, Rock Lee is water, Neji is wind if not lightning.
Also, guess what the elemental natures of everyone important are because I am going to be needing some good suggestions, like Sakura being earth because she is stubborn as hell, etc. - Natural_SSR3dCommentedIruka is going to stay in the story as he uncovers who ordered the sabotage of Naruto and the other children.
