So the name is 유중혁? If you're using double o as 우/u sound I think it's best to stay consistent and keep the surname romanized as Yoo, not Yu.. Just my 5 cents.

In South Korea Lee is nowadays most common romanization for surname 이 than Yi... why introduce the change to less common one, from like 50-70years ago?
