Not really that good in my opinion. The main character changes his attitude towards Night Raid in a matter of seconds and Akame becomes very benevolent for no reason. The interactions feel awkward and forced like they instantly get along after a big fight with each other. Not trying to be rude but the part when Lubb asks Raizo about his girlfriend and he starts getting all sad is a bit cringe. Especially when Akame instantly catches on and feels bad for him. The last thing that I don't like about this is that rape is thrown around everywhere casually. Like every bad guy scene has some random guy raping some other dudes wife and kids in front of them. I get that it sets a dark setting for the story but it just leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. But then again, just my opinion. If you are fine with all this, then continue on to read.
