Then He just can give his heart to Beatrice or Patrishe like Regulus and become semi immortal like him, you just don't want to make him OP in all stories or make him too OP which causes this but after fate he should be OP or after fate if he returns to Seven Deadly Sins's he must become OP. With his current powers becoming this weak is unreasonable

In anime they stated you need to get used to manipulate chakra in your body which is what I meant, kneeding is that process

Is it Comic or MCU if it is Comics he can absorb other similar entities and grow stronger but if it is MCU he don't has much to do and just chill around without doing nothing which will become boring. If you choose comics he can make deal with strong beings and have his version of a world just he rules like how eternity and infinity rules Earth 616 or choose a strong world like 616, 65, Ultimate or au timeline of your creation with certain elements of few worlds but mainly focusing of one world's aspects more. And you ask for world Ideas I have few of them but ones that I have in mind are ORV, Solo Leveling, Fate(it has several different timelines), Overlord(not sure about this one MC is too OP already), Tensura(definitely needs to go) these are I have in my mind currently most fit for MC

I think Cha Yeon Woo should become his apostle as soon as possible most probably after his fight with Summer Queen and let Cha Yeon Woo learn his identities as Biblical God, Outer God, Scarlet King and Multiple Race Godhoods with his newest identity which is current Black King it will be quite shocking for other gods too as Cha Yeon Woo becomes his apostle. Maybe you can make him MC apostle at the same time incarceration which makes Yeon Woo gain other race advantages MC has and becomes supreme god of Olympus as new god of Chaos, Destruction, Creation, Death and Life

I meant him being a virgin he can ride an unicorn and it would be funny with his previous conversation about zero sexual activities. And Death Griffin sounds cool but Cha Yeon Woo has a Dragon and Phoenix so adding another bird would be not that different that's why horse seems fitting but if you want to add a mythical beings as a mount how about Qilin/Kirin?
