Cain reached the 16th floor and was following the High Elf as they arrived at the goddess's temple. Theo sensed the power waiting for him here. Combining the powers he had obtained from Kronos and Typhon, along with the new blood, he formed the Giant Demonic Divine Body. Theo's power reached a terrifying level, far beyond needing anything else. The dragons he had previously devoured from DXD were not as powerful as these dragons, which were truly terrifying.

Next, Theo planned to devour the Dark King, and for that, he needed to speak with Cain. As Theo continued to absorb power, Cain quickly ascended to the 20th floor and began shouting to the sky.

Cain: My god, I have reached the 20th floor. Please honor our agreement.
