It's more like he have the knowledge to execute the basics, it grows stronger as it progressed.

I agree with being a "Teacher" in UA, maybe he can also start a dojo since he is a great swordsman, helps especially quirkless kids to train so they have the means to defend themselves and he can be also a part-time teacher in UA. I'm sure no one would want this, but he can maybe teach basic breathing method, the problem is the knowledge can be spread sooo yeah, that's just my suggestion.
