I liked the concept of the novel, it really hooked me in at the beginning because of the giant system, after 70+ chapters though i started to see more stupid decisions by characters and sped up storytelling as well as nationalism which just completely took me out of the novel.

Read around 140 chapters, different things to point out: Slow world/society building. Multiple perspectives. Large variety of niche characters and media you may or may not have heard of. MC is all over the place, sometimes competent other times incompetent. That being said if you like world building and colonization novels you'll probably like this, personally its a bit too slow for me who likes to see more individual progress rather than societal.

I think the story is quite good but feels a bit forced in the early chapters, i would've liked more explanation as to what has happened or is happening. The chacters at the start didn't have enough time in the story for me to connect with them, its like 'hey heres your 2 siblings and mother, they're dead now' i hardly got to know them and didn't care about them enough for their deaths to affect my reading experience :/

Great story but if you're someone who likes to binge read and doesn't handle info dumps well then this isnt for you. ,...................

(read 211 chapters) Overall a good novel but its lacking a lot, the story skims over a lot of the details like what the system is capable of, his past life and more as well as doesnt have much story development apart from starting new businesses and keep failing to lose money. This is just a review from what I've read so dont take it at face value because the story may have changed in the chapters i havent read. Probably going to stop reading here though as im not patient enough to read more of the same plot over and over.

Really good writing and story development, the characters are interesting and intriguing and the world design is pretty good. Main complaints (or warnings to new reader's) DONT binge read this, its too complicated to binge read and need to have breaks to enjoy fully (unfortunately i didnt do this and paid for it as i got kind of fed up with it.) The story is slow paced so if ur expecting action upon action then this isnt the story for you. The story is more about introspection and wisdom than it is cultivation and action which for some is great but if ur looking for a light hearted novel this isn't it. Plays on some fairly complicated topics such as AI, Lifestyle, Relationships, Family, Loss and a lot of introspective themes.

Amazing, wish i could discover this novel all over again, one of my all time favourites. The characters are unique and intriguing, the story is fun and a nice break from conventional cultivation novels.

Really like this novel, read it a while ago and was sad to see it ending prematurely, however i understand why it has, the story became too big as in there were too many out of this world elements that couldn't be related to or imagined and were probably too hard to write about. Wish the writer kept it more grounded to earth and had a way to end it at a much later date.

Dropped after reading 140 chapters or so, the start was decent and promising but i felt that the more you read the quicker the story was progressing, the MC seems to leave everything behind not caring about anything and seems to make weird decisions contradicting the earlier build up from the story. This story lacks world and character building as it continues, new characters are introduced instantly becoming key characters without the reader knowing much about them.

(read around 56 chapters but dropped it) Great story but very very confusing which is why i dropped it, i gave it chances to explain more but it felt like everything was just getting more complicated. The writing is good and characters are interesting its just the story which i dislike, the idea of the novel is great but executed quite badly, so much so that even 56 chapters in i still am confused and feel disoriented with all the characters and sub plots. Wouldn't recommend for people who want something light to read or can not handle slow story progression.

Not sure why its so high rated, the concept is good but the pacing and story is terrible, save yourself time and skip this.,..,................................. .... . . . . . . . . . . . .. .

(read up to 550) The story and writing is great for the most part but unfortunately has too much jargon, theres so much information to digest that the story feels too rushed and everything that mattered twenty chapters prior dont matter anymore, the author references key points in the MCs development but never does anything with them. If you can handle a massive load of information dumping every chapter this is for you, if not i dont recommend or at least dont try to binge this story and read a few chapters a day.

Not at all what you would expect looking at the cover, i like the story but feel its kind of misleading as its less of a farmer story than a story about "the old one" from what I've read.
