i think it has less to do with actually corroding them like hurtung their brain and more luke corrupting them. for example they are more cruel and use violence easier and faster

you should probably make a higher than senior which only a limited amount of people can get which jake trusts the most and who did the most for his Faction. his comrades should be the first to occupy them as that shows them how much they are still valued^^
