I mean yeah, but at that point it’s just a variation of the compressed water line which when released through a point can kinda act like a range attack that can cut or pierce most things I suppose water rasengan can be a good alternative to melee range

Not really, Posiedon is the god of the storms, and so he CAN manipulate wind to some extent, to some extent being the key word, from how I see it, with wind he can’t really be that prcise es with it like the god of skies would be
