Honestly if the system becomes a part of MC's kit, then there should be corresponding weaknesses or downsides. Otherwise the story loses its value if you just grant mental immunity to MC. Either make the system a non-existant entity that does not interfere with the world outside of granting inheritance to MC or even just basic protection of MC soul from being soul searched, consumed, or snatched but does not protect from mental attack like genjustsu . Or make the system as type of entity that exists within the copes of the Naruto world rules. Something that does not make it insurmountable for the residents of the Naruto world. It makes for a boring story for the MC to be invincible in a relatively important aspect of the Naruto World power system.

Honestly would have preferred Ryugiro to show a complete lack of empathy towards 3rd Hokage death, which would lead to questioning from Tsunade and Jiraiya as to why, which would end up in a situation where all of the dark secrets done by Hiruzen and Danzo are revealed.

I feel this is a weak origin/reason for transmigration. A God that can cross dimensions shouldn't care about a measly timeline in 1 dimension where the issue is fixed in time. Makes the God look contradictory as he appears both very strong and relatively weak

True. Though one thing that bugs me is that he was able to ignore Danzo's transgressions despite his blatant assassination attempt on him once. Perhaps he ignored it cause he decayed? Cause he certainly isn't ignoring Danzo crossing the line in this fanfic.
