So author basicaly did nothing... story doesnt change again and all of this is pointless Waste of a story.

Author is forcing this situation so no amount of logic will help.

I know but it would change how mc fights. This way mc just have to plan his 5 teleports and still fight at full strenght. If mc loses stamina he cant. But i get what you mean i also dont like hard limits like this. It doesnt feel organic.
Each is quite easy to understand just from the names, Airwalk allows me to create a hardened platform of air, these platforms are solid and can be shattered like glass if hit hard enough, they are different from that old gentleman who can make bouncy platforms. Weô just having that limit is nerf. If author wants to evolve his mc why not just give him some other quirk that does that...
