I want to say no, because there has to be some form of intent behind the word being spoken, but if it was constructed with the specific intent to do that action, the result would be random. So yes, it can happen. There would be no control and the rune would have free reign to do whatever it wanted in that moment. I think it would be fun to see what kind of random things the Technology rune would come up with if given free reign... Transformers anyone?

I have 15 books listed on my workspace, I'm not sure why some of them might not be showing up for you. Keep in mind that most of them are incomplete as I haven't added chapters for them in a bit, but I hope to work on that now that I have some free time again.
