Ok, so I know a bit about this. The Jews are the descendents of Abraham and, more specifically, Jacob or Israel, who had 12 sons, thus creating the 12 tribes of Israel. The religion came into reality during the Exodus started by Moses, which is when they got the Ten Commandments and a lot of their religious practices. If you want to know more, I would suggest reading Genesis and Exodus from the Bible.

Great Chap. I do agree with Ismir to an extent though. It is unlikely either kingdom would take that situation lying down especially with the dragons gone and the king paralyzed like that.

Totally fair especially considering HP is far weaker than DxD in general.
