Reading the next sentences. it sounds like the tail never actually hit him. Rewording this to "The tail lashed out at him , forcing him to stop and dodge" would make a lot more sense
Jesus, the author is a moron for the use of present, past and future tense and the mtl a foolish adullesant for not correcting it and expecting to be paid
yeah...learn to edit. A crater can't hit anything. it's a result, not an action
I would honestly give this a better rating if the translator took the time to properly edit at least the names and genders of the characters. I won't even go into the sheer amount of continuity issues, pretty common for translated novels to have them. I assume it's all written by 10 year Olds. the story itself is kind of interesting, a mix-mash of multiple sub-generes that actually do work well together. story progress is rushed, like normal. characters are two dimensional cookie cutter copy pasted types. no soul, or connectivity to them. world background would be better if it wasn't so stale. the author tries to switch perspectives to give it a background, but just turns it into the MC some how knowing about it all anyway updated regularly at least The quality of the MTL is utter trash in chapters around 100 and on. a few decent ones, but not many. Shit editing there. but it happens.
Will change it when somethings actually posted to read. I'll never truly understand the point of posting something and leaving it empty. . .
'God of Smithing' Smithy would be where he forges. Smithery isn't even really a word
this entire paragraph, among many others was obviously not edited. he was heartbroken to see his daughter growing so fast. Already she was choosing a random little boy over her father.
this is slowly becoming redundant. the translator never seems to actually edit these things and the author repeats knowledge every single chapter for no reason other than to fill put the word count. this is done poorly as well, with no actual progress being made in a story that has 500 chapters at this time
that entire paragraph hurt my eyes.
understandably, this fiction has a fairly interesting start with a non human protagonist. the down side is that the author, yes im sure they don't speak English as a primary language and have adjusted to that, but there is no noticeable improvement or effort to improve the multitude of glaring vocabulary mistakes the characters have no real "meat" to them, no substance or relatability. they are very one deminsional with little growth - to me at least. the story is a cookie cutter bit with a slight twist with the system. You can ignore similarities or the boring monotony thanks to that twist. Author does update steadily. the world itself doesn't appear horribly built - have not Ben able to read much past 50. it started hurting my brain. as a whole, the fiction is one you'd likely read once and waste time with. at least the free chapters. having read at least half of the available chapters - at this time - I can say it isn't worth reading past the premium status. no actual improvement is done in the authors writing and it isn't worth spending cash on.
there is no real consistancy with the story. 7 days into the apocolypze and people are this stage 4 thing while having knowledge only the MC, a returner, should have. im not sure if this is the authors failed attempt at forced progression or poor though patterns. while id recommend it for bored reading, I would never spend stones or coins on it. it simply isn't worth that.
