That's just straight up bs from the author. the average adult human strength is 10 while Ronald already has 19 so him not being able to hold a sword is a big joke even while considering his 10-year looking body size.
With my current stature, even the hilt of the sword is larger than my hand. I can't even grab a sword stably, so how in the world am I going to fight. Furthermore, the small figure means that my steps would be small and with my limbs short, I would face difficulty in exerting my full strength and coupled with many other limitations, it would be hard for me to perform. - Jubaer12yrCommented
