Diagon Alley

As I gradually move my way towards the counter.

I notice an old man with white hair and a receding hairline.

'He must be the one who manages this place'

"Good morning, Sir! Can you please help me with something?" as I tried my best to show my pitiful doe/puppy eyes.

"What can I do for you, lad? My name's Tom. And I noticed that I thinks it's my first time seeing you in my fine establishment"

"Oh I just moved here you see hehehe"

"Well, a good welcome to you then. What can I get you?"

"Well, I was wondering if you could maybe help me get my way through the back to Diagon Alley? I'm on a quick errand you see. Gotta go to the bank"

"Oh I see, I see. Well, come on then. I'll teach you how to do it so you can access it yourself in the future. Lest, a new customer arrives and complains about me not manning place"

"Thank you so much, Sir Tom! I truly appreciate it!"

"No harm done, lad. You're welcome"

As we head towards the exit and moved to the back where a brick wall is placed.

"This is it lad. Now watch closely. What you have to do is simply tap the correct brick in the wall behind the Leaky Cauldron"

As I watch him move from the rubbish bin, and then he starts tapping on the brick wall starting form three up and then two across.

As he was finished tapping the last one, the wall starts to retract and cave in forming an archway capable of fitting perhaps a large truck or was it because of my height that's why I think its that big?

As my jaw dropped and started to gawk at what I witnessed, I was awaken from my stupor by Mr. Tom's instructions.

"There, if you wish to go the bank, just walk straight ahead. Once you'll see a building that is in-between two streets. You'll know you've arrived. There's a sign in considerable size, surely you won't be able to miss it."

"Thanks again Sir Tom!" as I was waving goodbye and started to go towards the place he pointed.

"No problem. Glad I can help. Be careful now"

"I will!"

As I take in the sights of the 'Iconic' Diagon Alley. I noticed the hints of Art Deco architecture visible in many shops of the and the ornate roof designs make it look bustling.

The shops majorly have arched and colored entrances. The chief material used in shops is timber and stone, with wood used as the architrave and entry door frames.

Inside the alley was an assortment of restaurants, shops, and other sights.

The Diagon Alley in the Universal Studios clearly didn't do it justice.

As I continued to walk, I passed by some familiar shops like: Ollivanders, Eeylops Owl Emporium, Flourish and Blotts and Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour!

I wanted to buy some Ice cream only for mw to realize that I'm dead broke. Where can an 11 year old orphaned boy even find money?

I continued my exploring and passed by more familiar shops from the books and movies like: Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions and the infamous Borgin And Burkes!

And Finally! I have arrived in front of the Gringotts Wizarding Bank!
