Preparations!

The One-Eyed Reaper glared at the floor, he could hear the echoes of what seemed like a million conversations from behind the door. He sensed a new group through the front doors, one of which he knew, Deku. The others with him were probably students.

He sighed, why did he have to stay hidden! This could easily blow up in Sir Nighteye's face.

"Thanks to the information we received from you all," Yuu heard the pro hero begin from his side of the door, "the investigation has moved forward substantially. We will now have a conference to share what information we have acquired, and introduce an ally who will play an important role in what's to come." Yuu straightened up slightly, so he was going to be introduced after all, "This is all in regards to what the small organization, Shie Hassaikai, is planning."

As the door opened and the heroes moved into the room, Izuku quickly noticed the teen, "Good to see you, Reaper-san!"

Once those words were uttered a man in all black, with light grey scarfs turned his gaze toward the teen and before Yuu could even look at the man he was on the floor, wrapped like a mummy.

"Nighteye, what is the meaning of this?" A large man in what looked a large yellow hoodie asked.

"This teen is our ally." Nighteye sighed, "He has information regarding Overhaul that I found important."

"And what is that information?" The scarfed man asked, his gaze not straying from the teen.

"There is a new group working alongside them," the pro hero responded, "They are the Reaper's enemy, he wants to help defeat them."

"We have more than enough heroes to defeat both the Shie Hassaikai and this new villain group." On hero said.

"No, you don't," The One-Eyed Reaper suddenly spoke, "they could have scores of people with them, they will overwhelm you with numbers."

"And you can defeat them by yourself?" Another hero asked, disbelief clear in his voice.

"Yes, he can." Nighteye cut in, "His ability is to strip another's, and he has agreed to fight against this group."

"Ability?" The black-haired man repeated.

"He's from another world," Izuku spoke, "He can prove it, Aizawa-sensei, let him use an emitter quirk."

Aizawa hesitated for a moment but relented and released the teen, "Can you create a fireball or something similar?"

The one-eyed teen nodded and created a small fireball in his hand, to his surprise the black-haired man's hair suddenly rose. But nothing happened.

"Are you from another world?" The teacher asked, his eyes making eye contact with the teen.

"Yes," Yuu said.

For a moment the room was silent and Eraser Head sighed, and turned away, "He's telling the truth." As he walked back to the main group, Yuu glanced at Nighteye who silently reminded him of the warning he had given a few days prior.

"Now let's get this started."

Yuu leaned against the wall behind him as the conference began, he knew this would most likely take a while. The number of heroes made sure of that. The briefing began with Sir Nighteye explaining the reason behind the gathering and what the purpose of the mission was, to take down the Yakuza's growing amount of influence and contact with organizations outside of their own.

He also began to inform them of Jason's group, the Shadow Collective, which has been identified by the recent battle against the Nighteye Agency. That's where Yuu was asked to talk to the heroes and was brought up to the front.

"The Shadow Collective has a large number of people under their command, and will most likely have recruited many more people in the past couple weeks," The teen informed the hero, "In my world, my name carries weight, and hundreds have gathered to fight me before. I bet that they will do it again."

"What makes you say that?" A hero asked, "What would make people follow this group that has failed to beat you twice?"

Yuu shrugged, "From what I could tell when I first heard of them they are well known and still have contacts with many powerful groups, including your Overhaul."

"If what the Reaper says is true we can expect much more resistance than before," Nighteye said, joining the teen in the front of the group, "Thankfully the Reaper can take abilities away from them, which will help us cut through them in a matter of minutes."

"One of my abilities is to see the locations of ability holders, give me a map of the location and I'll let you know how many ability holders are there," Yuu informed the heroes.

From there the meeting continued as usual. They brought up bullet's that could temporarily stop a person from using their quirk, and it's apparent connection to Overhaul.

Then the hero, who had announced himself as Fatgum informed the group about the contents of the bullets. Human blood and cells. Yuu felt the room fall several degrees, he had seen a lot during his quest, but something like this still disgusted him. He saw the other teens freeze up their eyes wide with a mixture of shock and fear.

After a little bit of deliberation, the heroes began to connect recent crimes to the organization two giants had recently slugged it out and had access to a drug, one that the Yakuza had helped spread out. However thanks to lingering doubts about the validity of the claims put against them, Nighteye explained Overhaul, his quirk, and the alleged connection he had to the bullet.

That was when Yuu noticed the look on Deku and Lemillion's faces, a mixture of shock, fear, and...guilt?

Then Nighteye continued, and brought Eri into the conversation, "Chisaki has a daughter named Eri. There are no records or details of her birth, but when Mirio and Midoriya encountered her, she had a large number of bandages wrapped around her arms and legs."

Yuu closed his eye and curled in on himself slightly, he had only made things worse. He remembered the alleyway and the girl. He saw the way she shook with fear! He saw the way she clutched onto Deku, waiting for safety. For a hero. He wished he could have saved her.

As the red-haired teen voiced his confusion one of the pro heroes spoke, "We're wondering if this Chisaki bastard, is turning his daughter's body into bullets and selling them."

Yuu went pale. How could this man? How could he do that to his daughter! No wonder he wears that stupid mask, he needs to smell something other than the filthy actions he had committed.

As the teens entered a state of bewildered shock, Nighteye continued, "We don't know if he's selling the bullets. At their current stage, their efficacy is still too uncertain. However, if they're at the test stage, and he's using them as samples to gather more to his cause…" He let the sentence trail off, there was no need to finish that thought, "There is no hard evidence. But he's gathering people and funds across the nation… If the completed drug would be able to destroy someone's quirk…? I'm sure they'll have many ideas for crimes using this."

Some of the heroes agreed that they needed to put a stop to things immediately, however, the one who had explained things for the red-haired teen turned his gaze to the teens, "Wouldn't this have been resolved already if those two had just taken the child while Reaper beat up Overhaul?"

"I take full responsibility for what happened." Nighteye immediately responded, "Please do not blame them. Even though they didn't know the full story, they acted to save the girl. Midoriya was willing to bear the risk of taking her then, despite the Reaper attacking Overhaul, and Mirio was already thinking ahead and acted in defense of Overhaul when The Reaper suddenly arrived."

"If only I hadn't lost it." The reaper spoke to himself.

"What do you mean?" Fatgum asked the teen, "What made you lose it?"

Yuu slowly brought his gaze to the pro hero, "It was the fear I saw in her, something snapped inside of me." he grit his teeth and looked away, "If only I had stayed out of it!"

The two other teens slammed their hands down on the table, "We will take Eri next time and protect her!"

With that declaration, the briefing shifted from information and intelligence to the main battleplan. Phase One, as Yuu called it, the minor heroes who had been assembled would help narrow down the possible locations of Eri. Phase Two would be combining information and forming a plan with the highest chance of success. And phase three was breaching the location and saving the girl.

The briefing soon concluded, and as the pro heroes and teens began to leave, Izuku turned toward the Reaper. Yuu watched as the teen walked up to him with a small smile, "Come with us, we're going to get something to eat before returning to our dorms."

Yuu glanced over to Sir Nighteye who nodded.

"Lead the way."

Before the teen knew it they had gotten lunch and were sitting on a table nearby the ice cream parlor. The One-Eyed teen quietly listened to the young heroes talk about their internships and the different experiences they have had. It hadn't taken him long to notice that the three girls were doing their best to skirt around the Overhaul topic.

Suddenly the girl with blue hair and eyes turned her attention to the Reaper, "It's nice to finally meet you," She brought her finger to her cheek and tilted her head slightly, "how did you lose your eye?"

Yuu choked on his drink for a moment, he did not expect that. She was a very forward person. And for whatever reason, he figured that she would end up asking a million different questions. Instead of shrinking back he sighed and answered, "I think I lost it in a fight."

The teen with red hair leaned forward, "What is your quirk?"

"They're called abilities," Yuu corrected, "I can take abilities away and use them."

"But you can't remember exactly how you lost your eye, can you." The younger green-haired teen asked. Yuu was about to answer when he heard her make a ribbit sound. Was this girl a frog?

The teen shook his head slightly, "I can't remember a lot of things, my name, where I'm from, and why I am on this stupid quest!" He looked down at his open palm before forming a fist, "All I remember is waking up in a destroyed hotel in Italy."

When he looked up he noticed the entire group staring at him with shocked expressions on their faces. He had no clue what they were thinking about his story or how they felt about him. He turned his attention back to his drink.

"That is so COOL!" the red-haired teen suddenly yelled, "That's something you would hear about in a manga or anime!"

The table began to laugh at the teen's energy, the laughter grew even louder when his ice cream fell off of his cone.

The girl with shoulder-length brown hair frowned and turned her gaze to Yuu, "If you don't know you're name, what should we call you?"

"Just call me Reaper." The teen shrugged, "What about you guys, I know Izuku and Mirio but I don't know your names?"

The shy raven who hadn't said much the entire time raised his hand, "My name is Tamaki Amajiki."

The blue-haired girl leaned onto the table and raised her hand high in the air, "Nejire Hado!"

The frog girl gave a small nod, "Tsuyu Asui."

The red-haired teen grinned at the teen and palmed his fist, "Eijiro Kirishima!"

The final girl gave a small wave, "Ochako Uraraka! Nice to meet you!"

Yuu smiled, "Nice to meet you guys, now that you know about me, what are your quirks?".
