The Rain

After returning from the event, we gathered in Cafeteria. The team lead arranged some snacks for us. All the interns of our team were appreciated by the Seniors. We are a total of 20 interns in our NGO. The event was successfully completed and we were too happy after listening to their appreciation speech.

I went back to the hostel with Shriti and Andy after eating the snacks. We went to Andy's room directly. Nitika, Shriya, and Perry were waiting for us.

"You guys did a great job today", Perry shouted.

"Thanks, Perry", we replied.

"Nitika and you also played your roles very well", I said.

"Thanks, Myra", Nitika and Perry said together.

"Let's go to the canteen and celebrate it together tonight.", Andy said.

"Yeah, Good Idea", Shriti replied.

"Done then", all of us shouted.

We went back to our room to have some rest. We were extremely tired today.

In the evening.

It is raining, I am sitting on my bed and watching outside the window. The environment is too peaceful. There is a pleasant smell of wet soil in the air.

Suddenly, I hear a knock on my door. I opened the door, Nitika, Shriti, Shriya, Andy, and Perry are outside the door.

"Myra, Come out. It's raining. We are going to take a shower in the rain.", Perry said.

"Oh, Ohkay", I said.

We ran towards the balcony of our lobby and Nitika played some music and we started dancing together. We danced for almost one hour. This year our hostel is "Butterfly Hostel". There is a joint point of the Boys hostel, Girls hostel, and the campus. Most of the couples meet there. From there, our hostel Balcony is completely visible and we can also see the campus from Our Balcony. We used to watch the lovey-dovey scenes of the couples in the evening. It's kind of fun to see their activities. As in our girl group, all of us are single, we pass comments on their activities. Not seriously, just for fun. If you have more than 2 girls in your group then this kind of stuff is too normal.

Due to the rain, the sky is dark, So no one can see us. Also, there is no one outside the hostel today. After enjoying the rain we went back to our room and changed our clothes.

In the night, as discussed we went to the Canteen and brought some snacks and cold-drink for us. After enjoying the snacks, we went to bed early as we have classes tomorrow.

The next day, we went to the classes as usual.
