Next morning.

Melio has already left his home to go XP grinding.

As Melio walks, he slowly remembers the entire conversation he & Esme had last night.

Melio smiles.

Then he hears footsteps to the left of him after walking 20 miles.

Melio shook his head. He knows that he was lost in his own thoughts.

Letting Orcs slowly surround him in a 40-meter circle.

Melio felt his spidey-sense tingling.

Melio dodges six arrows that were shot towards him. On the last dodge, he grabbed the arrow and tossed it back with all his might.

Melio runs up a tree and jumps down, attacking the first Orc.

The Orc blocks the sword with his shield. The Orc was ready to kick Melio; however, Melio uses the force he created when attacking to flip behind the Orc.

This gives Melio a perfect opportunity to strike the Orc at the back of its knees.

AHHHHH.

The Orc felt major pain.

The second Orc smashed its hammer down; fortunately, Melio dodged by tossing his body back by using the Orc in front of him.

As Melio dodged, he went for a fatal strike.

Melio shoved his Katana up, cutting the second Orc in half in one stroke.

The other Orcs charges in.

Melio jumps up, stepping on the Orc's heads as he strikes them on the face.

After Melio lands on the ground, he turns around and sees the orcs all dead on the floor.

'What the fook?!' Melio thought as he looks at the scene in front of him.

{Hahaha, Dude, this is the effect of the double-double. Also, Athena's Katana is the other reason. Athena's Katana is affected by the double-double boost, making it a one-hit kill for any D-rank monster.

A group of hunters appeared.

Melio then stands up slowly.

" I work alone. " Melio said as he starts to walk to the left side of the group.

Melio ignores the stares of the group right when he gets behind them.

"You can have the bodies of their Orc's if you want I don't need them." Melio then disappears into the shadows.

One of the women in the group felt a lightbulb light up in her head.

"I remember who he is now! He's Melio the only male in League of Maidens.

His wife is the former Guild Master of League of Maidens

Esme had to retire from being a Z hunter for her own safety since she ascended the throne. However, her twin sister is the current leader. But unlike the cold empress, Cecily is more friendly and easy to talk to." The lady started to explain things to her group.

Melio is now halfway into the forest, he's in a section of the forest where C-rank zombies are spotted.

'Sweet!' Melio thought as he walks further into the C section.

That's when Melio spotted a few zombies wandering around.

Melio dashes towards the zombies and kills them one by one.

Melio heard people screaming for help.

He runs few meters out; that's when he spots a C-rank Orc Shaman.

'Shit.' Melio thought since this will be the first time for him to fighting a mage.

Melio looks at the group to the left.

It was four women and three men.

Melio ignores the men for they can help themselves. He looks towards the women and dashes to the Orcs fighting the women.

Melio runs to the closest Orc, he attacks the Orcs right arm that was holding a weapon, and then he slashes its throat for the finishing blow.

Now three Orc is remaining while the men are dealing with three-plus the shaman.

A red hair beauty looks at Melio.

"Hey, let's team up!" She yelled at Melio.

Melio nods his head.

The new duo fights the three Orcs, while the fourth woman is helping her injured friend.

The red-haired beauty is the first to attack the Orcs, she slashes at their legs while Melio finished them!

The three Orcs were finished.

Melio sees the rewards feed but ignores it when he sees a useful item.

Melio tosses the item to the crimson hair woman.

"Use this it'll save her. " Melio said to the crimson woman.

Before dashing to the three men to help them kill the last two Orcs.

The women were surprised that one individual was able to change the outcome they all thought was going to happen.

The crimson woman looks at the crystal clear bottle in her hand and feeds it to her friend.

The girl who was heavily injured soon opened her eyes; the injuries were disappearing at a rapid pace. This brought all the girls happiness; the crimson woman only had a smile as she stared at Melio's back as he walks towards the shaman.

Melio stares at the shaman before him.

'let's hope I can without stand its magic attacks.' Melio thought as he engages with the shaman.

Bang, Boom, Pow!

The exchanges between Melio and the Shaman shocked the men for this man easily dodging while his hits land heavily on the Shaman's staff.

I'm sorry for the short chapter. Last night my car was smashed while it was parked in the street dumbfucks were drag racing and an idiot smashed into four cars and tried to bail...
