His Eyes

"Dude what's your stress?" O'Neil asked holding his bleeding nose.

"Gosh Neil, you scared the hell out of me. Are you alright?"

"Does it looks like I am? You made my nose bleed"

" I'm sorry dude. Next time, don't pull that up"

"Dang it"

Rory helped Neil to the house, getting him and ice pack to place on his nose. Neil groaned in pain after doing that. He really needed an explainable from Rory.

"Well?"

"Dude I said I am sorry"

"No that, what's up with you?"

"I told you earlier, I felt it again"

"Dude you're going crazy. No one's watching you"

"Easy for you to say"

"It's is. Now tell me, who would want to watch you? Your parents? You know those tales are bullshit"

"I saw something"

"What!?"

"I saw something in the woods. No scratch that, I saw someone"

"Someone?"

"Yeah. He's sorta an assassin, I couldn't see his face but all I could see was his eyes. Neil, his eyes were Gold"

"Gold?"

"Yeah .I know what I saw"

"So where's this man?"

"I only saw a glimpse of that. It suddenly..... vanished"

"Dude for the love of God, you are not being watched.."

Rory sighed. Maybe Neil was right. No one's watching him but what can explain this feelings he's having?

"I'm probably not crazy right?"

"Well you are not. So stop making it look like it. No one's watching you"

"You are right. It's just a feeling. Now changing the subject, why did you ask me to come?"

"Urghh...the enthusiasm to show you what I've been working on just vanished. "

"So why am I here?"

"I have been working on something actually." Neil stood up searching for the device. "Ha... here's it." He handed it to Rory

"What's it?"

"I saw this somewhere at the old mech store. I don't just know but It has a special thing that I don't recognize"

Rory turned the device. It's a old scrabby round tech, small in size, not too heavy and it has a little screen on it, though it is broken.

"I've being trying to power it but it wouldn't on"

"I don't even know what I'm looking at"

"It's a tech, maybe a Veroz's material. But I know it's something special"

"So why did you need me?"

"Well you could be of help. I mean, you can at least, get it on if I can't"

"Dude I'm not like you okay"

"Urghh...you're probably not the right person to show this to."

"Sorry I couldn't be on help" Rory chuckled

"Yeah yeah, just wait let me get this ice pack back"

Neil exited the room leaving Rory all alone. He picked up the device and checked it once more, it looks scrabby but it might be sacred as Neil said. Just what is it?
