I was laying down on bed lifelessly...tears were continuously flowing from my eyes...but the hope Rudra gave me...kinda relieved me... he will talk to my parents...for studying in the USA...we both know that study is just the excuse...i know i am doing wrong... but i will continue my studies along with finding him there...also my book 'unlucky in love' is the best-selling book in USA...so i can meet my fans there too...i hope he also read my book.. but if he did why would he be silent and ignorant...*sighs*...alright..

Then i heard the doorbell... knowing that it's Rudra i let him in...He was wearing his all time favourite outfit...Black T-shirt with grey sweatpants...he came wearing usual comfortable clothes...still rocking that outfit... he greeted my parents with his warm smile..

Mrs.Aggarwal: Ooo!! how are u Rudra?? it's been a while since i saw u !

My mom blessed him while smiling at him as my dad came too...he feet touched my dad and my dad patted his head while smiling... my family loves him more than me...i'm jealous >⁠.⁠<

He saw me and raised his eyebrows while winking at me...while i rolled my eyes..he flirts with everyone... nothing special i guess..

Rudra: Actually i was studying for finals aunty...

"huh?? study?? this punk !! never even touched the book!! always passes because i show him answers in exams!! cheater ! "

Mr.Aggarwal: He's hardworking and look at Mayra!! only studies when she have exams near !! totally brat !!

Mayra: Daddd !!!

I said whining at my dad as three of them laughed...Rudra then sat on the sofa and signaled me to sit down too...as we were going to talk about it..

Mayra: Uh..mom dad...we wanna talk about something with u !

As we said that mom and dad looked at each other and smiled while my dad said excitedly

Mr.Aggarwal: See !!!!! i told u they r in love !! now they wanna marry with our permission!!

Mrs.Aggarwal: Oh yess !!! we approve you guys !!

I just face palmed myself after hearing them and Rudra laughed..with embarassment but didn't even tried to deny them

Mayra : Mommmm atleast hear us out !! we wanna go to abroad for further studies!! we don't love each other right Rudra??

I spoke instantly while yelling a bit...Rudra took a pause and made serious expressions and then he nodded...my parents became serious..

Mr.Aggarwal: But we can't send u far from us Mayra...u r our only daughter... we love u alot..

As my dad spoke seriously and sternly my mom noded in agreement...Rudra stood up and spoke for me

Rudra: I assure u...she will be protected by me.. always...we want to study together there... it's about our future..

I lowered my head in hurt expressions as i know that i was lying to them about real reason of going there but I didn't spoke..My parents took a pause and looked at each other with understanding look...

Mrs.Aggarwal: Fine...u can go..but make sure to listen to Rudra always..

I noded and then we talked about random things together...i came out to see off Rudra he stopped on his tracks and looked at me

Rudra: Don't feel guilty about the lie..

I sighed and looked at him..as he caught me hiding my feelings as always

Mayra: U already know i am..

He took a step forward towards me while taking out his hands from his pocket..and softened his stern gaze

Rudra: Don't be...i am the one who lied...i don't Regret it..we will find him.. alright?

I noded as he calmed me down..

Rudra: Now go inside i am going.

He said as he turned around to move...he took a last look at me and smiled at me before turning on his car's engine and drove off...i came inside and saw my parent's planning for my abroad arrival...i sighed and went to my room...

Mayra: I m lying to my parents just because of u Min jun...

I said as i stared at the empty ceiling of my room...and slowly drifted to the sleep

The days keep passing...we graduated.. i was always an average student so i got 72 Percent.. pretty good ..most shocking thing to see was that Rudra scored 80 Percent...how tho !!! he must have cheated ofcourse! our group of 5 was sitting in canteen as it was the last day of our college... discussing about our futures while yash spoke

Yash: Why don't u two date ?? Rudra and Mayra??

I made a weird face while Rudra doesn't spoke anything..

Mayra: Comeon yash ! we r bestfriends! and he don't date we all know !

Rudra spoke with calm face while clearing his throat

Rudra: Don't u guys have another topic?

Veronica interrupted the tension building between Rudra and Yash .

Veronica: Yea guys stop it ! lets celebrate as these two are leaving us tomorrow!!

Amayra joined Veronica and held yash's hand.. signalling him to stop

Amayra: yea she's right !! let's go to our favourite spot !!!

They all shrugged off the things and celebrated our last day together...we all made wonderful memories... our friendship was always unbreakable..
