I smile a little while walking back to the inn. I get a rather powerful Flowing Rune and Thunder Rune.

Flowing Rune gives me three spells that I can use: [Kindness Drop], [Breath of Ice], and [Kindness Rain].

[Kindness Drop] restores the target's physical body to one hundred percent. That includes their stamina. I can use this spell three times a day before I need to wait until past midnight to recharge the spell.

[Breath of Ice] Let me create two ice spears, two meters long and twenty centimeters in diameter, and let them fly at my target at high speed. The ice spears are sharp enough to kill a normal human. Sadly, the humans in this world are abnormal as they can absorb mana in the air that can grow their physical body faster if they train enough. I can use this four times before it needs to recharge.

[Kindness Rain] is the other version of the [Kindness Drop]. Instead of healing a single person to their 100% physically, this spell lets me heal a group of people (maximum ten people) for a moderate amount and cure one type of debuff. I can only use this spell one time before it needs to recharge.

Water and Flowing Rune is the best support you can buy in the Suikoden World because it was not as rare as the others. The other best support rune I can think of is the Bright Shield Rune and the Dawn Rune, which I want to take for myself if possible.

As for the Thunder Rune, it only gives me two spells, but it is powerful. Those spells are: [Berserk Blow] and [Soaring Bolt].

[Berserk Blow] Let me coat my hand with the power of real lightning (More than a hundred million Volts) and fry anything or anyone I touch. Sadly, it can only work for one person, and the spell is done after I use it on someone. I cannot even use it on two people. I can use this spell four times before it needs to recharge.

[Soaring Bolt] is just like the name implies; it lets me hold two bolts of lightning that I can throw at the speed of lightning at my target. Unlike the [Berserk Blow], I can hit two targets with this spell, but the power output is reduced by quite a lot in exchange for only around five hundred thousand volts. That is a big number on Earth, but in this world, some monsters can take more than five hundred million volts without a problem. I can use this spell two times before it needs to recharge.

I guess I understand why this one is a Tier-4 world. Well, I guess there is no city-blasting monster in this part of the world. Suikoden 1, on the other hand… Well, let's not talk about it for now.

According to the company, the monsters in this part of the world only have a great defense but no offense.

Anyway, the runes will grow with enough training and time. There is a hard cap, but the passive skill given by the Rune did not have a cap. That's right! Other than spells, the rune also gives me a passive ability.

"What about continuing eating?"
