Chapter 2

Entering the dimly lit classroom, she saw him staring at her with that same piercing gaze he always had around her. Yet this time, they were filled with anger and pain, instead of admiration. 

"Why?" he questioned, tension lacing his voice.

"Why what?" Luna replied to him, in the same calm, nonchalant tone she always had

"You know what I'm speaking about!!" he yelled

"Be quiet, someone might hear you," she murmured, annoyance evident in her expression.

"Is that really your concern right now," he murmured in return, pain evident in his blue eyes.

"I honestly don't know what your problem is," Luna paused, "If anything, I should be the one pissed off right now."

She genuinely felt confused as to why he was giving her that attitude. Sure they fooled around once in a while but then again this was Luca, he fooled around with any woman who was willing to entertain his nonsense. Even if they were to reject him in the beginning, sooner or later, they would fall into his charm

"You're marrying my brother, damn it!" Luca yelled into her face.

"Oh my goodness!! Would you lower your voice," Luna exclaimed in a hushed tone, covering his mouth.

In this position, Luca couldn't help but run his eyes down to her lips. Luna knew what he wanted to do and in that moment she felt uncomfortable yet hot at the same time, she felt trapped under his gaze. After realizing that she had put herself in that uncomfortable position, Luna shifted backward, removing her hand from his lips.

"Listen to me Luca," she paused "I had no choice in this decision, I only just found out, so I not going to stand here and listen to your BS like you're the one put in this difficult position"

With that said, she left.

She couldn't wait to be done with school and back into the comfort of her room.
