The Secret Room 2

"How is Sophie?"Kiana asked as Marbel entered the room

"She's fine" Marbel sighed and moved towards the passage "This is the thing about living in a huge mansion you keep discovering new things" Marbel added while Kiana joined her by the passage

"Wow, I wonder what's down there" Kiana said

"Wanna check it out" Marbel grinned

"You bet I do" Kiana said in excitement

"I'll grab a flash light" Marbel said leaving Kiana in the room for some minutes before coming back with two flash lights.

The two headed down into the passage "Right now I should be hearing Terri say something like we shouldn't go in here it looks scary" Marbel said "Where is Terri by the way?" Marbel asked but Kiana ignored her moving further into the dark hall.

"Hey girl, you are not telling me something and I know it" Marbel noted

"She's fine" Kiana said

"Then where is she, she's not one to spend her entire day in her crystal that's more of Medal thing" Marbel said

"Hey there's a door right there" Kiana pointed out ignoring Marbel again

"Now I definitely know something is up" Marbel said pulling Kiana back

"Look I promise I'll tell you everything later but right now let's see what behind that door" Kiana said pleading with her eyes, she wasn't ready to tell Marbel that she had given Terri away to free her family, the thought of it hurt her so much.

"Ok girl, that's a promise"Marbel said a thousand thought ran through her head, 'What could have happened to Terri' she thought

"The door is locked" Kiana said

"let me see that" Marbel said struggling with the door knob "seriously" She muttered and examined the door

"It looks like your dad didn't want just anybody in there" Kiana said folding her arms

"looks like it" Marbel said looking at the lock "This ain't like any lock I've seen" Marbel added

"probably an old lock" Kiana said

"yeah! I'll check my dad's room for a key or something" Marbel noted and they both exited the passage.

" About Terri" Kiana said as they left the passage " Something came up and I had to trade her for my family's safety" Kiana said her head bowed to the ground

"Oh my God! what happened! when did it happen? Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Marbel through all this questions at Kiana who just stood quitely "Oh come here girl" Marbel said hugging Kiana

Desmond Politenn stumped around his office, "He had something to do with this" He yelled "I should just kill him" he added

"You've being saying that but you never do it, instead you revive him time and time again" Lou secretary noted

"His my son" Desmond said more calmly picking up a photograph of a woman "She made me promise to protect him but he has become a torn to my side" He said slamming the photo on his desk

"The problem is that you keep entrusting him with your plan... how many times must he betray you before you realize that he'll never be on side?" Lou secretary asked

"I really thought he was this time" Desmond said

"He might start of that way but he still has the heart of his mother, he can't change"

"Argh! We have to find another way to power that generator, since my son is refusing to tell us the where about of Terri's crystal" Desmond said

"Our men have searched for months outside the barrier and found no crystal, those resistant made sure to get every last one of them" Lou secretary noted

"Those damn fools, they think they've saved the world huh? It's not over yet" Desmond said flinging a vase from his desk

"What else besides the crystal is powerful enough to power my generator?" He asked not expecting an answer

"Tell the scientist to work on something strong enough to power my generator" Desmond said to the secretary who bowed and took his leave

"It's such a shame Davis, We would have ruled together" Desmond said as he starred out his window.
