The Secret Room

Lou stood staring at the containment chamber where Terri's crystal had been placed.

"You should take her now, the chamber would consume her energy until she seize to exist" Lou said "She might be a shape shifter but she is still human" he added pulling out the gem from the chamber setting off an alarm

"Go now" he added handing over the gem

The door flew open in no minute time

"Lou? Where's the crystal" His secretary asked

"It's gone... I couldn't stop the thief" Lou replied

"Your place is really nice" Kiana said

"Thanks" Marbel smiled "My dad designed the entire place, there are

places I haven't been to yet and I grew up here" Marbel addded

Kiana examined the journal while quitely following Marbel

"Here's your room" Marbel said opening the door to a classy bedroom well decorated. Kiana couldn't help herself, her mouth fell open as she saw the room... it was more than half the size of her apartment.

"I know it's magnificent" Marbel said

"well I'll let you get settled in" she added and left the room.

Kiana took a sit on the massive bed in the middle of the room and went through the journal there wasn't much said about her in there, but there were other names in it including Andrew Davis. 'Marbel did say her father was a fan of Andrew' she said to herself while observing the number of times his name was mentioned.

"Hi" a tiny voice said from the door

Kiana looked up to see a young girl around the age of seven standing outside her room.

"Hi" Kiana said smiling at the girl, who as if receiving confidence from Kiana's smile walked into the room and sat next to her

"You are Aunt Marbel's friend?" she asked

"Yes and you are?" Kiana smiled

"Sophie you shouldn't be in here" Marbel said coming in with a tray while the little girl immediately jumped down from the bed. "She's my brother's daughter" Marbel added frowning at Sophie

"It's ok, she just wanted to say hi" Kiana smiled

"I Know" Marbel said dropping the tray... "Time to go" Marbel said to Sophie who avoided her grip.

"No... I want to stay here with my new aunty" she said jumping back unto the bed while Kiana laughed

"Sophie I don't have time for this" Marbel frowned stretching out to Sophie who ran down the bed and across the room.

"Sophie you don't want me telling on you to your mum and dad" Marbel said running after her

"You wouldn't, you hate it when they yell at me" Sophie grinned as she avoided Marbel grip... Marbel starred at Kiana who was busy laughing "wont you come and help me out?" Marbel asked

"Two against one not fair" Sophie said

"She's right" Kiana smiled as she peeped into the tray

"Argh... come here young lady" she yelled at Sophie, who slipped and knocked down an old painting exposing a secret passage.

"Sophie!" Marbel and Kiana exclaimed getting the painting off her

"Are you ok?" Kiana asked helping her to stand... tears had gathered in her eyes

"Oh poor baby" Kiana said drying up her tears

Marbel looked at the passage that had been hidden behind the painting and then back at Sophie.

"Is she hurt"Marbel said squatting down to examine Sophie

"I don't think so" Kiana replied looking towards the passage

"I'll take her to her room, I'll be right back" Marbel said carrying Sophie out of the room.

Kiana looked at the passage again and wondered if Marbel knew anything about it... 'she looked surprised too' she said to herself... "I'll just have to wait for her to get back" she said aloud as she sat on her bed waiting for Marbel to return.
