Liang Youli's Scheme

It had been chaos in the hospital for a few days. The news about the Huo family and Liang family had spread wide. Liang Youli often visited Old Master Huo before he left the hospital. After a few visits, she found out that Old Master Huo loved his grandson. She had been trying to be nice to gain control of the welfare home's business. Yet, Liang Youli had never thought that Huo Qingning cared about Liang Yan so much. She did not know what Liang Yan had done. Now, Liang Youli's plan was stranded.

"That b*tch! Why is Huo Qingning helping her?" Liang Youli paced back and forth in her office. She couldn't figure out why Huo Qingning chose Liang Yan over her.

Liang Youli decided that she should not let it be. She finally stopped walking and asked her assistant, "Is Liang Yan close to the dean of the welfare home?"

The assistant bowed politely and said, "Yes, Liang Yan values the director and the kids very much. She would visit them whenever she has the time."

Liang Youli crossed her arms in front of her chest and sneered. That information was enough for Liang Youli to seek revenge.

The next morning, without wasting much time, Liang Youli went to the welfare home with her team and walked straight into the dean's office.

"May I know who...?" The dean was a little startled to see so many people walking into her office without her permission. She stood up warily.

Liang Youli looked at her bewildered expression and knew that she didn't know much about what had happened in the past few days. After confirming her guess, Li Youli was confident that her plan would be a success this time, "Hello, dean. Regarding Ms. Liang Yan's intention to purchase the welfare home, I wonder, have you considered it?"

"What do you mean?" The dean thought that she had misheard. Liang Yan had just come to visit them not long ago. She could not understand why Liang Yan would want to purchase the welfare home.

Liang Youli, who knew that the dean had already taken the bait, smirked. She knew her plan was working. So, she placed a large pile of documents on the table, "It's impossible that you haven't heard of this matter, right?"

"Erm... Liang Yan didn't tell me about this," The dean picked up the pile of documents in a panic and quickly flipped the pages. The final signature was Liang Yan's name, approving the purchase of the welfare home and the plan of changing it into a commercial building. She could not believe what she saw. So, she flipped through the pages again and again. But the handwriting indeed belonged to Liang Yan, "wait a moment. I'll give Liang Yan a call."

The dean didn't believe it. However, Liang Youli stopped the dean when the dean took her phone out, "You can tell me if you have any request you want to make. Liang Yan has been very busy recently. She might not pick up your call."

As expected, no one picked up the call. The dean panicked. Her response satisfied Liang Youli. She knew that Liang Yan must be flirting with Huo Qingning. So, Liang Yan didn't have time to pick up the call. Liang Youli had called her so many times, but she didn't pick up either. Even though she was not sure about it either, it seemed that she was right.

"You know, Liang Yan is now a part of the Liang family since we brought her home. So, she naturally has to be loyal to us. Liang Yan knows that the Liang Corporation has been constructing the plan ever since we wanted to turn the welfare home into a commercial building, so Liang Yan is helping us with the project. Otherwise, she wouldn't have married such a great guy so soon. Oh, you don't know about it yet? The man she brought over a few days ago is the eldest son of the Huo family," Frustration surged Liang Youli when she mentioned him. She controlled her emotion and continued, "the Huo family also wants a share of this business."

Recalling how Liang Yan brought back an outstanding man all of a sudden but kept quiet about this marriage, the dean felt that the woman in front of her was not lying. Her vision turned black, and she almost fainted. Liang Youli snorted coldly. "Looks like you have nothing more to say. We will continue with this acquisition plan then."
