The Life Before (2)

BOOOOM

A large explosion caused half of the forest to be destroyed. In the aftermath 1 figure stood tall which of course was me. One died in the explosion but the two I truly hated still remained. I slowly walked towards my first victim. Damien laid on the ground with half of his body turned to a crisp. He looked at me with such hatred you would have thought I was the one that betrayed him.

"Hey bastard doesn't feel too good huh?"

"...."

"What are you not going to say? I mean after you decided to betray me and get with my woman I would have thought you had the balls to talk to me but I guess not."

"Watch your mouth, commoner. You are merely a summoned, something expendable. You're so called new found confidence is too late. I have already ruined everything for you. On top of that I slept with your women. You wouldn't believe the amount of times I hit that. MMMmm it was so good. Hey, you want to know something. Sometimes we would do it with you awake in the next room. Yeah she would moan like a…."

I don't know what happened. Something within me didn't care anymore.

Not about being the hero.

Not about saving people.

Not about consequences.

I just wanted to inflict pain so that's what I did.

<Dissect>

I watched as Damien screamed in pain as he was healed and slowly cut apart time and time again. I let it continue as I set my sights onto the barely alive woman laying on the ground. Tears streamed down from her eyes as she looked up at me. I in return smiled.

"Do you have anything to say?"

"Stop it please."

"HAHAHAHAH, now why would I do that?"

The screaming of Damien continued in the background as I looked into the eyes of Julia.

"Please, I'll do anything. We can return to the ways things were, I'll love you forever. Please just release me."

Looking at her I saw raindrops begin to fall on her face. What I didn't know was that those raindrops fell from my eyes.

"Ha, you'll love me again huh. You want to know something Julia. I once contemplated leaving the hero's life for you and if not for you magic awakening I would have. I would have given up on everything for you. AND YOU THREW ME AWAY LIKE SOME GARBAGE AND FOUND SATISFACTION HAVING ME AROUND WHILE YOU SLEPT WITH DAMIEN. YOU ARE NOTHING THEN A COMMON SLUT AND THAT'S WHAT YOU'LL ALWAYS BE FROM NOW TO THE END OF TIME I PROMISE YOU THIS."

She began to plead but I would not be swayed.

<Mind Alteration>

I began to rewire her mind so that she would never find any pleasure from sex instead she would find it extremely painful and demeaning. After altering her mind I looked once more at her newly healed body. She no longer had any of her powers as I made sure that her mana circuit was destroyed.

"You know Julia, many wondered how I grew so fast as a hero and I will tell you the answer. When I killed my first monster I unlocked a skill called < Demon Dimension>. When I received it I had no idea that it was so powerful as it sent me to a place I could only describe as Hell. Hordes of different types of beast like Orcs, Goblins, Ogres and many more exist here and were attracted to me like a plague. After becoming so powerful I thought the skill would have no more use but I just thought of my last use for this skill."

I looked down at Julia's eyes which were struck with fear. I smiled

"I'M SURE THOSE BEAST WOULD LOVE A PRETTY GIRL LIKE YOU."

Julia began to shiver but I restrained her. I cast an immortality spell on her so no matter the injury she sustains she will heal.

"Goodbye, Julia"

<Demon Dimension>

A portal appeared and quickly sucked the defenseless Julia into it leaving nothing but me and the screams of Damien behind.

"ENOUGH" I said as I waved my hand and Damien's body exploded.

I sat down on the darkened Earth and looked towards the sky. The dark night filled the sky with no light source in sight; it looked as if Death had finally called. My eyes began to shut as my tiredness grew. Little did I know that the dark sky would be the last sight I would ever have of this world.
