Under any other circumstance, eyes would be veered in his direction. Why wouldn't they be? He was finally making his return after months of being holed up down south and bringing back not his fiancee, but her Shidi, who he was in a rumored affair with. Gossip was rife.
But compared to the She-Wolf General who so casually strolled past the Heavenly Sword Sect gates, his appearance wasn't nearly as special or significant.
Liu Suye chirped as though people were staring and whispering behind their every step, "You know, you were right about what would happen in Xinlie. Sorry about what happened back then." His voice was a little softer, apologetic.
