Chapter 53

(I wouldn't even be surprised of you drop this chapter halfway. You can skip it of you want. After typing the whole chapter, it got me thinking 'Why did I even write this bullshit?')

It had been a month since the test. Kenji was having a peaceful life, surrounded by women in his house. Although he only slept with Mia, he enjoyed their company.

Emily and Sara teasing him everyday. He also didn't slack off with his training and also practiced his stolen quirks, after sorting them out.

He stole many quirks and kept them with him, without using them. He sold the ones that were useless like heat hands. The quirk increases the temperature of the user's hands. It was useless to Kenji who had the fire physique.

By far, the most useful ones were the Analysis, hypno eye and a unique quirk called engineer.

Kenji, by far, couldn't understand how to use it. Even the system couldn't figure it out. All he knew that he could change something into dust, but something inside him said that it wasn't the only ability of the quirk.

So, he kept it without selling it. As for the other two, they were very useful for Kenji. As he was cultivating his eyes, the quirks immediately evolved and the quirks had a increase in range.

Kenji was meditating in his room, cultivating. He also cultivates the fire cultivation technique.

Then the door of his room opened and a woman with purple hair and blood red eyes entered the room with a phone in her hand.

She said "Master, you got a call."

Kenji opened his eyes and said with a smile "Didn't I tell you that you are allowed to call me by my name."

Mia chuckled. She liked calling her master so she wouldn't drop it. It wasn't to cover up their relationship, as their night workout were known to everyone in the mansion.

Even though Kenji used a silencing spell in his room, anyone would get to know when Mia went missing the whole night and comes out of Kenji's room the next day.

Kenji walked to her and took the phone from her and answered it. The person on the other side said "Hello! Am I speaking to Kenji?"

Kenji recognized the voice and said "Hi Sakura, what's up?"

"Kenji, they are going to release our test results today." Sakura said.

"Oh, they sure took their time. How will we get our results?" Kenji asked.

"They are going to release our results on a news channel today. Don't you know, it's one of the most anticipated show of everyone in America. They also release some clips of us in the practical test.

It is the best way to become famous and solidify your future." Sakura said in a excited tone.

Kenji was surprised again by the school. "They sure know how to go overboard." Kenji said and Sakura agreed.

Kenji knew that there was another purpose to this show. It was to put villains against the wannabe heroes. He predicted that the school wanted it's students to survive everyday with villains behind them.

The students would face the same risks as a professional hero. Villains targeting them everywhere and loosing the advantage of their quirk being known to everyone.

Kenji asked "Then, do you want to see our results together?"

He could tell that she didn't call just to say that. Sakura said in an excited tone "Great, where do you want to meet? You can come to my house, though I am not alone. I can even introduce you to my parents. They always wanted to meet you after they found that you saved me."

Kenji didn't like the 'meet my parents' part, but listening to her excited voice, he couldn't refuse. He said "Ok, I will be there in an hour."

It was way past noon and was already around 4 pm. Mia heard their conversation and said "Don't mess around with their daughter in front of them."

"Is my image in your head that bad?" Kenji asked.

Mia chuckled and left. Kenji got ready and left to her house in his car.

He arrived at a place with a fancy golden plated gate. Kenji said "Now that's just complete waste of money."

Kenji clicked on a button, which had a screen and a speaker near it.

There were four guards near it, but no one would respond to him. They reminded him of the guards at the Buckingham palace.

Immediately when he clicked the button, Sakura's voice blasted through the speaker "I was waiting for you. Come in." and the gates automatically opened.

Kenji drove to the entrance of her huge mansion, wich was double their mansion. Kenji was used to the rich life, so it didn't affect him much.

A butler opened his car door and Kenji walked to the door. Two maids near the door opened the door for him.

He looked around and could tell that they were totally loaded. Sakura walked to him, with two people following her.

Just by looking at how they walk, Kenji could tell that they were her parents.

Sakura's mother had pink wavy hair, similar to her daughter and body similar to her. Kenji recognized her face as she was famous. She was a famous actress, Saori Hendrac. And Sakura's father also was famous, he was the No. 7 pro hero Mist Ghost. His name was Kirito Hendrac.

Sakura's father had white hair and sleepy eyes, black circles around his eyes. His build was skinny. But he still managed to hold the No. 7 position due to his quirk.

He could turn into mist, but his quirk had limitations. He can't turn his whole body into mist. There should be at least a centimeter of his body intact.

This drawback was known by the villains and he couldn't reach high above due to it. Kenji looked at her father and wondered "Did he get his hero name from his looks or from his quirk?" as his eyes could scare any kid.

Sakura said to Kenji "Welcome, meet my mom and dad. You might already know their names."

Kenji nodded and looked at them. Sakura's mother smiled and said "You were right dear, he is handsome. He could easily steal the spotlight if he starts acting."

She then went closer to Kenji and looked at his eyes. After staring for a few seconds, she smiled again and said "Thank you, I heard about how you saved my daughter and helped her twice. Come on in. We can talk more in the theater."

Kenji just nodded as Sakura's mother Saori led him to their home theater.
