" P-please spare me..I..I." The guard's mind was in absolute chaos before his body just couldn't take it anymore and he fainted on the spot, cracking his head on the floor

Aku had just finished his business and had stood up from his chair when suddenly his office door opened.

"Huh, Yami who told you to come in, close that door if it's nothing important...Did you not hear me I said close the..." Aku said as he glared at Yami's figure, but after a second something didn't seem to be right.

Yami the mercenary who had been standing in front of the floor slowly fell forward before his body hit the ground.

And Aku was finally able to see who had dealt with his security. Ekko waved in a friendly manner while stepping inside.

" I hope you don't mind but since there wasn't anyone around I decided to let myself in your humble home, a nice place, by the way, suits a villain like yourself." Ekko said as he walked around the office while swinging his scythe.

Aku looked calm on the surface but seeing as his security was out for the count, he calmly sat back down on his chair and discreetly pressed a button underneath the desk.

It was a distress signal that would be sent to any nearby members of the Syndicate if he was ever in danger, and since his men were just here it will only take a few minutes before they come.

" Who are you, no the better question is who sent you, whatever they paid you I'll triple it. And I'll even give you a bonus if you tell me who they are. "Aku said as he stared at Ekkos back.

"Huh?, You think...Hahahahahaha!!!!! oh, this is really refreshing, you are a funny one Mr. Aku, but no nobody sent me..."

Suddenly Aku felt a hand touch his shoulder and a devil whispered into his ear." I sent myself..." Ekko said as he appeared behind Aku.

Aku was still as calm on the outside but his heart was now racing like crazy.' Impossible, when did...how did he move so fast, could he be a martial artist.'

" I think we have a misunderstanding here, I have never met you before so what problems could we possibly have." Aku said as he tried to buy as much time as possible.

Ekko once again disappeared and reappeared, this time sitting on a spare chair in front of Aku's desk. Kicking his feet up on the coffee table Ekko relaxed while dropping his scythe into the floor.

{Crack}

The floor cracked and made a small spider web, showing Aku how strong this person was.

" Oh Aku, Aku Aku Aku, misunderstanding, yes there very well is a misunderstanding...would you like to gander a guess as to what that misunderstanding might be. I'll even give you three guesses"

" Sadly I'm not good with games, how about you just tell me and we can talk like civilized Men." Aku responded not wanting to look weak or intimidated.' Where the hell are those fuckers, they're taking their sweet ass time.'

" Mhh, not much of a gamer huh, too bad...huh yeah I know right, huh I never thought about that, he does kinda look like an avocado," Ekko said looking to his left and speaking to no one.

Aku looked and Ekko strangely and couldn't help but think' Who the hell is he talking to, am I dealing with an insane asylum patient.'

"Well since you don't like playing games then I'll just tell you, you made three mistakes when made me an enemy."

What happened next was so fast Aku didn't have time to react before his left eye was cut and he was blinded.

"Gahhhhhhh!!! My Eye, YOU...You, bastard do you know.."

"I know, and I don't care, first mistake you made was not trying to kill me the moment you knew who I was...

"Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!" Aku screamed again as his arm was now cut with a gaping wound." Bastard, ill kill you.."

" Not likely, mistake number two, you invaded my privacy and that's a big nono in my books." Ekko said waving his index finger while ignoring the hateful gaze he was receiving from Aku.

" And mistake number three not heading my warning was the biggest mistake of your life." Ekko's voice got darker and colder as he said the final mistake.

Aku was enraged, in pain, and confused. But that's when something triggered in his head and he connected the dots" Y-you, you're the Brat, the Dragon, how could..."

"Know, well let's just say that my subordinates had a blast integrating that little assassin of yours, he was singing like a canary in under two days."

" Don't think you'll get away with this brat, this whole building is rigged with cameras, and once the wind gets out not only you but that Yakushi will go down as well, and once that's happened I might have some with those women of yours, especially the Blonde one, I'll make sure to break her every night...GUGGHHHKK!!! "

Before Aku could say anymore Ekko punched him in the stomach causing anything that he had for lunch to come back up.

" Sigh are you done with your waffling, if so get ready as this will be your final moments on this earth...oh and did I forget to mention that as we've been speaking my men have attacked every one of your bases and men.

Including those vice leaders that had just left, you must have been wondering why they haven't come even after all this time right." Ekko chuckled vindictively as Aku's eyes dilated in despair.

" You can hear it can't you the sirens blaring all over the city, while the cops are distracted and your men start falling like flies I get you all to myself."

" Now than any last words before you go." Ekko asked standing up and picking up his scythe.

Aku just balled his one good hand into a tight fist, before with a last-ditch effort lifted the desk and threw it at Ekko before desperately running through the door.

{Crack}

As he was running he stepped on his bodyguard's hand breaking it, but Aku couldn't have cared

less as his life was more important than some guards.

" Ahh!!! He ran away, why do they always do that? YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE AKU." Ekko shouted as he walked after him at a leisurely pace.

Meanwhile, Aku was trying to get through every single exit he could find but no matter how hard he tried no door would open for him.

"FUCK!!!"

Aku could hear Ekkos footsteps as he got closer and closer, Aku looked around before remembering that he had come in his helicopter this morning.

Grinning from ear to ear Aku Ran up the stairs that led to the rooftop and smiled when he saw the open door.

Aku's vision was going a bit blurry because of blood loss, but he didn't care and ran to the helicopter as fast as he could, but just as he was a few meters away from safety...Ekko's chuckle sounded behind him and a large scythe flew past him

{SHING, Creeeeeee!!!!}

The helicopter was sliced perfectly down the middle. Aku looked at the scene in disbelief as he finally couldn't take it anymore and kneeled to the ground.

He looked down in despair as he tried to think of ways to save himself.

{Tap, Tap, tap}

Ekko walked past Aku and grabbed his scythe before turning back to the now lifeless Syndicate boss.

" I told you, you can run but you can't hide forever, or how some people like to say...karmas a bitch." Ekko chuckled at his joke and lifted his scythe ready to perform the final blow.

" W-wait please I beg, I-'ll give you anything money, power, women just don't kill me I beg of you."

Ekko just looked down at the man groveling at his feet and clicked his tongue in disgust.

"Pathetic until the end huh...mistake number four, you threatened the ones I hold dear...and those that do will be shown no mercy from me..."

" Scythe Arts: Bereavement Death of One..."

{BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!}

With a single swing of his scythe, Ekko had caused a miniature earthquake to spread across the whole of Saitama.

The move was so powerful that it had completely caused the reinforced 20-story building to collapse within itself and crumble to dust, burying everyone unfortunate to be inside.

Dust from the building spread quickly throughout the area but luckily there were no civilians around so no one had gotten hurt.

Everyone including the police suddenly heard a loud explosion before feeling the ground shake. Japan was no stranger to earthquakes as they had them regularly, but this felt different.

{Streets of saitama}

{*Tshhh*}

[This is commander Neon, the mission is complete, fall back and regroup at the specified rendezvous points.]

Once that message had spread, all the Clan members immediately made sudden turns in direction and the helicopters that were following them suddenly had their systems jammed leaving the police on the ground blind.

And before long every police officer in pursuit had lost their targets, they all just seemed to have disappeared, almost like they were ghosts.

"Odin-Sama everyone has retreated as ordered, all members have escaped successfully." Neon said bowing on one knee.

" Mhh, you four have done well, you will all be rewarded generously after going back to base." Ekko said as he stared at the now-destroyed headquarters of the Aku Syndicate.

" Your praise is reward enough Odin-Sama." Neon replied.

Ekko nodded lightly." Then we are done for the night, I will contact you if I ever need you all again." And with those final parting words, Ekko disappeared like a wisp in the wind.

Neon stopped Kneeling once Ekko was gone and looked at the destruction his leader had caused." Is strength like this...really possible for a human."

{Yakushi inn: Three am in the morning}

Ekko dragged his mentally tired body back to the house and the clothes that he had worn prior were left in the system storage.

Ekko opened the door and walked into the living room. The tv was still on so he closed it before walking into the kitchen.

" Huh !! Rangiku what are you..." To Ekko's surprise, Rangiku was still downstairs and there was even food on the table that had gone cold.

H-had she waited for him this whole time, he had told the girls that he would be coming home late, so why...

Ekko stared at Rangiku as she slept comfortably in her Pikachu onesie. She looked really cute wearing it.

After admiring her face for a bit, Ekko approached her and gently lifted her in a princess carry.

He tried to not wake her up but it looks like he failed as Rangikus eyes fluttered open and she looked up at Ekko in a groggy manner.

" Eggo your back...what took you so long," Rangiku asked as her mind was starting to doze off again.

" I told you I was coming home late, you didn't need to wait for me." Ekko lightly reprehended, not really angry at her.

" Mhhh, but your back now Eggo...Eggo Welcome home." Rangiku said.

Ekko who was walking to the bedroom froze in place. He stayed there for about a minute before turning his head to Rangiku. She had fallen back asleep but Ekko didn't mind.

"...Im back." Is all Ekko said before taking her back to bed.

{Yakushi Inn: The Next Morning}

Ekko had woken up the next morning to three warm soft bodies snuggling up against him...wait three.

Ekko opened his eyes and saw Rangiku still in her Pikachu onesie sleeping on his left arm, Cana who decided to go comando was resting on his right, and Eris who was wearing his plain white t was happily sleeping on his chest.

" When did...you know what it doesn't even matter."

If it was before he would have teleported the girls back to their respective rooms, but not anymore. They willingly came to his room so why kick them out?

Ekko decided to go back to sleep for thirty more minutes before waking up again.
