Part 3

"Witch! She's a Witch!" shouted Scott, "You didn't even see what happened! But is she a stowaway from that island?" asked Alana. The captain did not reply, still in shock. Julli started to feel uncomfortable, then out of nowhere someone squeezed her to where she could hardly breathe. Then she heard "Thank you, thank you so much for saving me!" Julli had then realized it was the little girl that almost went overboard. Julli didn't speak, but hugged her back instead. Everyone started to shoot questions at her all at once, still with their swords pointed at her. "Woah , woah, woah! Take it easier on her mates!" hollard the little girl, "I'm Sadie" offering her hand to Julli, "what's your name?" Sadie asked, waiting eagerly for a response. Julli grabbed her hand, stood up, and said, "J-Julli" "Nice to meet you Julli! Were you a stowaway?" Julli glanced at Sadie, then at everyone else, who were waiting for a response... "Yes..." Julli being more cautious than ever. "You want to join our crew?!" Sadie said excitedly, but then realized what she said and looked at the captain with a sorry look. The captain found himself and said, "you're fine Sadie, she's not crew material though. But since she is already on board and has nowhere to go, she can stay for now." he looked at Julli, winked, then left. Everyone surrounded Julli and had a million questions ready to be answered, even though she was still nervous, Julli was open to their questions. 

After a long morning of answering questions, Julli was enjoying the ocean breeze when she was interrupted by Alana. "Um... the captain wants to talk to you." So, Julli went to the captain's headquarters and knocked. "Come in." Julli walked into the captain marking a path on a map. "I need to ask you something," said the captain, but Julli just stood there waiting for him to continue. "Are you just going to be quiet the whole time?" Julli nodded, "...Alright, well, i was wondering-" a book had caught Julli's attention, it was a book about elements. Julli started to think, "Why would he have an element book? What would he need to know ab-" "Hey!" Julli put her attention back on him, he asked, "were you even listening?" She said, "No." "Well... well i still need you to answer my question, why were you on my ship?!" the captain said, getting more annoyed. "Yo-you see I... I was... curious... I guess." Julli getting more nervous, "You guess!? You shouldn't be on my ship in the first place! I-" he stopped himself when he caught Julli's eyes.  He never noticed how much they look like the ocean under the moonlight. Both of them became more relaxed with each other's presence, when finally Julli broke the silence, "So... I didn't catch your name." "Oh, uh, I'm usually called captain around here, but the name's Asher."

"BOOM!" Julli and Asher ran to see where the loud noise came from, but found everyone running to their stations, getting all the canons ready. They were being attacked...
