Totally Alone

Looking at Katie's fearful expression Ali too got scared a little. But to give her friend strength she put up a strong front for her.

And she encouragingly looked at her friend to talk.

Katie continued," Do you remember that day when we went to shopping n lunch at old town. And you suddenly got a urgent call and u had to go."

Nodding Ali encouraged her to keep on speaking.

Flashback -

After saying goodbye to Ali, Katie continued to shop for sometime. Just when she was paying the bill her stomach embarrassingly grumbled in front of the staff as if making her realize tat she need to eat. She just wanted to dug up a hole and hide away from smiling eyes of the staff. Hurriedly she came out on the street laughing out loud at herself. Feeling glad that Ali wasn't with her, If she would have been there then that idiot would have teased her to death. Smiling to herself Katie kept on walking on the road and got one with the crowd wanting to go to her favourite restro down the street for a quick bite.

After having lunch of her favorite noodles, satisfied she stepped out into the lane. But surprisingly found it totally empty. Quizzically she looked back n forth and the usually so crowded lane was like totally empty.

For some unknown reason she shivered even when it wasn't cold at all. She kept on walking slowly towards the end of the lane, even when she wanted nothing else but to just sprint. That lingering feeling of being watched was getting intensive.

"Keep calm Kate, u just have some 300 meters and u r out of this alley totally free. No one's watching u...all of this is ur hallucinations so just be calm" muttering this to her she kept on walking.

But unknown to her there was person coming behind her stealthily right from the time she came out of the restro, but she never noticed that.

"Maybe I should just call Ali tat would be better" thinking tat she removed her phone from her purse with sweaty hands. Calling Ali she kept on walking trying to calm herself. But the call just didn't go through, cursing Katie saw that there was no signal on her phone.

Now she was totally flustered As not even in her dream would she have thought to have no signal in core of Zurich.

And suddenly she heard a sound of an object being shattered.
