The Strongest Swordsman at Esper Academy

I am the only student at Yokusuka Academy who cannot use psychic powers. This school fosters the strongest ability-users, only accepting those who are B rank or above. However, by recommendation, I was able to enter. I went through the same harsh curriculum during the 'Future-Generation ESP Program' as every Esper in this city, however, I was never given a realiser, I am only able to wield this sword with the crude sword-play I learned in the program.
