Wedding disaster

"Sheesh, I don’t love her dad. How do you expect me to treat her with love." He replied with his eyebrows slightly raised.

"I expect you to be respectful; I just spoke with her parents on your behalf, and they were upset because of your behavior." He declared. 

"You know what, dad? I have had enough; I can’t get married to that spoiled brat." Raymond started walking out of the room, and Mr. Kingston followed behind him. 

"Raymond! Don’t you dare walk out on me!!" He yelled.

"Go and get my car," Raymond stated, talking to Mr. Josh, and he bowed slightly and ran away. 

Raymond began walking quickly through the house's passage and ran into Sofia on the way.

"Can’t you watch where you are going, woman!" he snapped. 

"Sorry, um, I was just looking for you. Our wedding is about to start." She informed 

"Our wedding, you mean your wedding, I am out of here!" Raymond snapped, walking away quickly, and Sofia ran after him, packing her wedding dress in her hand.

"Why are you following me." He asked, glaring at her.

"What do you mean by my wedding." She inquired, with sweat forming on her forehead.

"No matter how much you spend on plastic surgery, you will still be ugly to me." He started walking away, and she ran after him.

"Raymond, please don’t go." She pleaded, running after him, and he halted, and she put her hand on his shoulder.

"Please don’t go." She pleaded, with her lips trembling. 

"Get your hands off me, woman! The one thing I hate the most, is worthless people touching me." He stated and she withdrew her hand. 

"See Raymond, I love you and you will marry me whether you like it or not." She stated in a confident tone, and Raymond turned to look at her. He was surprised at her change of tone.

"And that’s why I want to prove you wrong." He stated, and a smile curved across his face. She stands and watches him go.

Raymond walked down the stairs and his mother approached him.

"Come here, son, there is someone who I like you to meet." She said, holding his hand. He couldn’t refuse her, so he went with her.

She took him to a group of men wearing green shirts, and they looked like Asians 

"This is my son." She started speaking Chinese and whispered in his ear to greet them.

They shook him one after the other. And she dragged him again      

"Mum, where are you taking me, I don’t have time for this." He muttered

"Just one more guest," she stated, and he dragged his hand away from her. 

"Let go of me!" He snapped and all the guests stared at him. He started walking out of the hall.

Mr. Kingston walked to the balcony and sighted Raymond walking outside the house.

"Raymond!!! He yelled at the top of his lungs, but Raymond didn’t stop. 

Minutes later 

Sofia ran to Richard.
