Chapter 292: Child problem 2

"I apologize, sir; I was just looking for a job for the woman I told you I was in love with." He muttered, scratching his head.

"Oh, why didn't you tell me, did she get the job?" Raymond asked flatly. Mr Josh was happy with his change of tone and looked up at him. 

"No, she didn't. Unfortunately, Daisy already got the job." He muttered for the first time in a long time, he wasn't afraid of mentioning Daisy's name.

"Who is Daisy?" Raymond inquired.

"Ryan's mother." Mr Josh beamed.

"Wow, that's nice. I think I should visit that branch one of these days." Raymond remarked as he got up from his chair and adjusted his suit. 

"To do what?" Mr Josh asked, stroking his chin.

"Just to check out things over there, what are you thinking?" Raymond inquired, glancing at Mr Josh. 

"Nothing." Mr Josh muttered, smiling nervously. Although he doesn't know why Raymond is interested in seeing Daisy, perhaps because she was the mother of Ryan. 

Richard burst into the office, catching their attention. His eyes were extremely red.

"What are you doing here? Do you think you own this place." Raymond stated rudely 

"What is wrong with your eyes?" Mr Josh inquired, staring at him.

"Come I need to talk to you." Richard stated, staring at Mr Josh.

"Since when has my assistant become yours?" Raymond asked with his head held high.

"I just need to ask him something please." Richard begged.

"Fine, I give you guys 5 minutes." Raymond declared, staring at his wrist watch.

"Thank you, bro." Richard beamed.

"Your time is already ticking." Raymond remarked as he walked over to his seat.

Richard dragged Mr Josh by the hand as they both strolled out of the room and stood in front of Raymond's office.

"I saw Daisy today. She was playing hard to get. The most surprising thing was that I saw her at home, when her mom was lying to me all those years that she no longer lived there." Richard stated.

"Yes, I have also seen her and so has Raymond." Mr Josh muttered.

Richard opened his eyes wide in surprise.

"He has seen her! What did he do? What was his reaction?" Richard asked curiously.

"What can I say? He didn't recognize her. He even prevented her from falling, but the thing that came out of his mouth was "are you okay, Miss?" It was so annoying. Mrs Josh muttered, putting his hand on his face.

"It's okay, we don't expect him to remember her immediately. We just need to find a way for them to meet often." Richard stated, stroking his chin.

"Yes, that's a good idea, and he seems to be interested in Ryan's mother these days." Mr Josh remarked. 

"Pardon, who is Ryan's mother?" Richard inquired.

"She is.... Mr Josh didn't complete his sentence when Raymond cut in.

"Mr Josh, get your butt in here or you are fired." Raymond yelled.

"Talk later, I have to go." Mr Josh muttered as he ran into Raymond's office.
