Saving Loup - Chapter 2

Moon was contemplating what to do when Loup suddenly stirred, immediately Moon was by his bedside.

Moon: "Loup, finally I was so worried, here is a bit of water. Don't try to talk just rest."

She bent down and kissed his forehead.

Loup was very weak, and Moon was really worried, it has been days and he is still not in a stable condition. She had no idea what she could do to help him, and she was feeling more, and more helpless with each passing day. Her heart was heavy as she watched him fighting for his life, she did not want to imagine her life with out him, and every time she found herself thinking about it she would go sit by his side and hold his hand and sing to him. She begged him to not give up to keep on fighting, she told him how much she loved him. She even told him about the future, where they would live once they are married, how many children they would have what their names would be, but mostly she just begged him to keep on fighting.

One night as she was sitting by his side singing to him, he suddenly opened his eyes and looked at her. Moon looked at him and suddenly the world stopped. It was just the two of them, everything else faded away, as they looked into each others eyes they could hear each others thoughts.

Loup: "I heard every word you sang, I heard you tell me how much you love me, I heard you name all our unborn children, I heard your heart, it is what pulled me back. I was on my way to hell, but your heart saved me."

Moon: "I have missed you so much, I am so glad you are back with me, this is where you belong, I will never let you go again, you have no idea how much I love you."

They gravitated towards each other, and when theirs lips touched, instantly the sparks flew all around them, the sky surrounding them lit up with colorful fireworks.

Moon felt her feet lift off the ground, but she didn't dare open her eyes, she did not want to break the magic spell that Loup had created, she could feel his heart beat under her palm on his chest.

She could feel him stealing her breath as they kissed, but she refused to push him away, she did not want it to end, ever. This man had her heart, and she knew she'll never want it back again if it did not belong to him.

Loup could feel Moon's heart beat increasing rapidly, as their kiss grew more intense. He loved they way she melted into him, he loved the feel of her body under his hands, he loved the smell of her hair, he loved the sound of her voice, he loved the look in her eyes when ever they looked into his.
