Chapter 14

I'm quite sure something is up between the both of them. They keep ignoring each other but want every update from me? This looks like a couple fight.

" You both are fighting again? Come on guys grow up!"

"Shiyi you won't believe what she has done." I looked at Xia while talking to Jiashen and she was looking very guilty and nervous. It's obvious she has done something.

" Okay let's talk over breakfast. I'm driving okay?"

" Yeah sure, I just got out of my gym. I'll be there shortly. "

After ending my conversation with Jiashen I again looked at Xia folding my arms around , I clearly wanted an early explanation about what she has done . So that I can try and fix things . But Xia didn't say anything.

" Why are you looking at me like that? Come on let's go. I'm very hungry."

" Don't try to change the topic Xia! What have you done that made Jiashen so angry?"

" I didn't do anything , he is the one who has been acting weird. I just went on a date with my new boyfriend he popped out of nowhere then immediately started to interrogate him . On the top of that he even spoke rudely with him. After all this he became drunk and I had to drop him his home at midnight!"

Oh so the situation here is quite tense. These two have been fighting over this matter again? Well, ever since high school Jiashen liked Xia but never confessed to her about that. Xia kept dating boys , she is someone who is very charming and straightforward , men love these kind of girls. She has always a big line of admirers ever since she was born. But the problem is they both are unaware of their feelings for each other. But at least Jiashen knows that he loves her and he is quite sure about that. He never dated anyone else because of her. He always had her back in her breakups and heartbreaks .

We are right now at our usual spot for breakfast. The coffee is getting cold so is our food because none of them both would even look at each other let alone talk! This has been going on for almost half an hour.

" Guys can you please reconcile? I hate it when you guys fight."

" Ask him to apologize! He was so rude to my boyfriend that day."

" I certainly will not because thar guy is an asshole and he is absolutely not worthy for you."

" You don't get to decide who is worthy of me or not! I am the master of my own will."

" Oh course I do!"

" Why!?"

" Because I like you!" And pin drop silence....he blasted out his feelings for her like a blast. She became stunned then quite. Her eyes were widened and she didn't say anything furthermore. He also had the same regretful face right after the moment he expressed his feelings for her. I didn't have anything to say here. They need to sort out their fight themselves.

" Uh..I'll be off . You guys can talk ."

" Why are you leaving Shiyi?"

" Xia I have been out since yesterday. I'm very tired. And I really think you guys need some privacy."

I stepped out of the cafe leaving them space to talk to each other. Thinking about this their situation is so unlike us.

Liyan Ruan is a very mysterious man. And I am very unsure of my feelings towards him. Though he seems to be absolutely definite about his feelings. I think I don't want to recognize my enthusiasm for him . Cause I'm scared! I am very scared of myself. Not him. Though I know who he is and what is he known for but it's true I'm afraid of myself . That I won't be able to meet his needs and cherish his heart. His limitless love attraction for me is the reason of my fears.

It has been three day since that day. Things are going just the way it was before. Normal checking in and checking out. My superiors have transferred me to day shift from night. That means no longer tiring all nighter. Xia and Jiashen are still not talking to each other but they have made it clear that they would keep me out of this. Everything is going absolutely normal just like how it was. Everything.. except for me.
