Chapter20 A Royal Visit

"Why is she not picking up the phone? she is still angry with me" Mr. George said.

 “Then let me call her," Mrs. Tina suggested.

"Okay,"

"Hello is me, Gina," she picked up her call when she saw an unknown number calling.

"Hello is me Mrs. Tina, ken’s mother?"

“Oh my God! Is your mom!" She held the phone away from her ear.

 "What!, don’t tell her am here."

 "I don’t think so, I can’t lie to your mom, and I can’t hear very well from the background, I think my dad is there too, please we need to go back home, they're  looking for us."

“Fine, give me the phone," he took the phone from Gina.

"Hello, mom."

"Hello dear, how are you son? Please come back home I miss you my son" she said over the phone sounding as if she was about to cry.

“Mom I will come home when I'm ready."

"No dear, you can come with her, I think her father is worried about her too." upon hearing that Gina’s father is worried about his daughter Ken agree to come home.

"But promise me that you will meet Gina and not treat her badly."

"I promise dear, just come with her, I will like to meet her."

"Okay, mom," ken hangs up the phone, turn to Gina, and said, “We leave now,"

“To where?" Gina ask.

“To meet my mom, she wants to see you, then we can go to your house after that."

“Are you sure?"

"Am sure don’t worry, everything will be fine." With that, they said goodbye to Peter who was having a hard time enjoying his backside because of Ken and Gina.

They had occupied his house for a week now. And he wishes they can just disappear so he can bring in the chicks with huge backsides.

"Yeah, bye," he said to Gina without looking at Ken,

"Hey.. what are you looking at?" Ken snapped his finger at Peter who did not tear his eyes away from Gina as she walked toward the door.

"Guy, you get eye, no wonder you want to die inside this backside."

"Shut up and be good, I will see you before I leave," he said and walk out of the house.

"Be careful and stay safe," Peter tells ken missing him already.

"I will, and you take care too, no much backside okay!".

"Story for the gods! Hahaha, you can’t tell me what to do man," he yell at ken who did not hear him because they are already outside the house.

Gina rushed to her father’s side and hug him, pleading for forgiveness without speaking out, and Mr. George understand his daughter even without speaking. He knows that she was begging for forgiveness.

"Ken!.."  His mother called out once she set eyes on him.

 “Mom" ken calls back and hugs his mother.

"Please son comes back home, your father wants to see you."

 “But why?"

 “He just wants to see you, and you can come with her if she won’t mind, I'm okay with that."

"Mom," Ken was excited that at last, his mother has accepted Gina as his woman.

"No she won’t be coming with you, I need to talk to my daughter," Mr. George said.

“It's okay maybe next time dear, I will like you to come to visit."

"Alright mom," Gina said.

 "Can we go home now?" his mom asked looking at ken who was busy talking to Gina.

"I will like to see you some other time," Tina tells Gina while they enter the car ready to move.

"Bye.." Gina wave at ken as the car speed off.

 "Let’s go inside" Mr. George cut Gina off as she keeps waving in ken’s direction. He couldn’t understand the generation of today, is it love or what?"  he needed to find out from her.

Inside the house, Mr. George didn’t know how to approach Gina with this kind of discussion, and it made him miss his wife the whole time.

This kind of talk is better left to women, how will he talk to her without making her run away again, "God help me" he muttered. "I don't know how to put my words right without scaring her."

Clearing his throat, he began. "Gina, can you please explain to me what happens at Jackson’s house? Because I sent you there for a reason and you went there and do as you please.!"

"Dad I didn’t do anything wrong, I didn’t know Ken is Benjamin’s brother. Ken is the one I love, I met him at the landmark hotel when I was traveling for a meeting. We fell in love and when I came back you sent me to the Jackson family only for me to go there and find out that Ken is one of Mr. Jackson's sons. That’s what happens."

"So are you telling me that you know Ken before now?"

"Yes, dad,"

"Then you should have said so."

"But no one was ready to listen to me," Gina said.

"Hmmm, and now Jackson is calling off the marriage saying that you are a prostitute."

“What!"

"Yes, that is what is going around now. do you know the embarrassment that this has brought me?"

“I'm sorry dad,"

   "Is okay, I think is just a misunderstanding because I know that the daughter I raised cannot be a prostitute."

"Thanks, dad, for believing in me."

"You must promise me never to run away from home again."

“I promise dad."

Entering Jackson's mansion, everyone was busy running around for no reason, everyone was waiting to see the punishment that will be given to Ken especially Ben and his mom.

   "I hope he rots the hall," Ben’s mom said.

   "No, the hall will be too easy for him," Ben said. "I hope he never comes back.!"

The whole family is now gathering together including the housemaids, cooks, and gatemen. all were waiting for the final judgment on Ken because Mr. Jackson has not told anyone that he was sending ken to Italy to study engineering except ken and his mom.

They were expecting a grievous punishment for him.

"Well," Mr. Jackson began, “ I have been waiting patiently for you boys to grow up, but it seems that my waiting did not produce anything.

I even went as far as negotiating a marriage deal with my business partner for Benjamin to marry his daughter but what? You destroy everything." He said pointing at ken who just bow his head and look away because he did not want to appear to be disrespectful.

“So Ben, you will have to go and look for another woman to marry and you are going to forget that Gina. And as for you  Ken, I'm sending you to Italy tomorrow.

“What! Tomorrow? I thought it in two weeks, I still have more than one week."

“You will go there and study engineering”. Mr. Jackson continues without replying to Ken’s question.

“That will be my last chance for you”. With that, he got up and left the living room.

“I can’t believe this! I thought he was going to punish Ken but now he is sending him to Italy to study engineering? Tina is getting on my nerves” Ben’s mother said angrily.

“So she thinks she can manipulate my husband to go her way?. I will deal with her myself”.

Inside the bedroom of Mr. Jackson stormed Benjamin’s mother.

“Mr. Jackson”, she called out without respect.

“What is it, woman?"

“So it wasn’t enough that you brought another woman into this house, you now have to insult me in front of everyone”.

 “And what are you talking about?" Mr. Jackson pretended not to know what she was talking about.

“Do you have to send Tina’s son to Italy? Knowing that he should be punished for taking over my son’s woman”.

“She is not Benjamin’s woman”.

“What! You now take sides.?"

 “Look, I'm not taking side with anyone, from my investigations, Ken knew her before Ben, they met somewhere in the land.... whatever hotel they call it. Please let this go okay”.

Mr. Jackson did not want Ben to go through what he is going through right now. He has never loved Benjamin’s mother, it was Ken’s mother he loved, but he cannot help it since he already married her.

She was given to him by his parent and he regrets dancing to his father’s tune. So if ken wants to marry Gina, he sees no reason he should stop him.

He now regrets the decision to look for a wife for his sons.

“Can you just let this go?" Mr. Jackson begged his wife.

“You will hear from me, instead of giving fair judgment, you are here taking sides," she storms out of his room and straight to Tina’s quarters.

“Tina..,  come out here and face me”.

Ken’s mom heard the commotion outside and came out.

“What can I do for you?"

“Is that all you’ve got? Manipulating my husband to send your idiotic son to Italy huh.. is that all you’ve got?"

“If you want to die because of that, then by all means do, I'm not stopping you”. Tina said and that got Ben’s mother flying through the sky to fight with Ken’s Tina.
