Chapter 5: ken you are not a virgin

Ken’s half-elder brother Benjamin couldn’t take it anymore, he walks to and fro in his mother’s bedroom foaming with anger.

“Mother you promise, you promise he will be gone forever, why is he here again?"

“Who is here?" asked his mother.

“Who else if not that good for nothing Kenneth.

“So what if he’s here?" his mom asks with less concern

"Benjamin, sometimes I wonder if you're a real man, does it make any difference if  he’s here or not, it doesn’t change the fact that you’re the firstborn and have all the rights to your father’s wealth, so just give me a break and look for something good to do,

“Fine mother" Benjamin yells at his mother in his usual arrogant tone before walking out of her room,

"Please close the door behind you" his mother yells back at him.

Walking past the corridor that leads to Kenneth’s quarters Benjamin looks at it up and down with such a disgusting look written all over his face as if the building is Kenneth himself.

“I will make you and your mother disappear, you’ll see" pointing at Ken’s room with so much bitterness and the veins on his forehead standing ovation.

Ken didn’t waste time asking around his father’s employees if anyone knows where Wendy Group of Company is located and if anyone has any knowledge about the current CEO.

Some of them gave him the direction they think it would be while others simply wonder why he has suddenly become interested in company matters or is planning to take over his father’s company?

"Maybe he has finally come back to his senses and realized that his father was waiting for him to be a man so he can finally retire and hand his company to his two sons.

Kenneth kept looking for Gina and where Wendy Group can be located for days on end and finally decide to take a trip to the next city which he thought was more lively than their current city.

on arriving there he asked anyone he sees about Wendy Group. Then he saw the sign written boldly on one of these magnificent tall buildings and Wow!. What a beautiful building it was.

Walking inside the building he met with the secretary and ask to see the CEO, and the secretary replied he is not in,  he just left maybe you can come back later, or if you have  any message, I can take it, sir."

“Oh, don’t worry, but I thought the CEO is a she," Ken asked.

“Nope," replied the secretary. "Is a he"

“Oh okay, thanks for your time"

“You're most welcome," the secretary said smiling at him, and then went back to her work.

Ken went home disappointed and so exhausted, he decided to take a shower, but then he thought he saw someone peeking at him, “Who is there?" he ask yelling. but no answer came.

“I said who is there? I know someone is there, come out now or I call security. Upon hearing security she came out.

Ken rolls his eyes “What are you doing here? He ask Miriam, the maid he once slept with, but no answer came out of her.

"Listen to me, I don’t want you sneaking up on me next time, do you hear me? Miriam just kept acting dumb while walking toward him.

Ken yelled at her again, "Are you not listening to me?"

“Yes, I'm not listening, seriously Ken you left without saying a word to me, and now you came back acting as if you didn’t know me, c'mon Ken, what has gotten into you, or don’t you find me attractive anymore? What happens to us?"

“Ken lifted one of his fingers trying to stop her from coming any closer.  "First of all, there's no us, and I'm not attracted to you, we just had sex and that is it, and is not as if you are a virgin," he added.
