Harbinger Of Chaos [3]

"Rei, why the fuck do I sense negative emotions coming out of you?" A voice rang out, sounding very manly. The source was a black shadow, which was standing on top of a long and thin statue, which looked like a finger.

"It is none of your business, Third Finger." Rei, who was standing in the middle, not in any of the ten finger like statues in front of him, said with a glare which promised pain if the 'Third' finger continued asking questions.

"Tch." The Third Finger scowled, but did not continue to ask about anything. Rei glared at the other Fingers, who were all silent," Our organization, the Crimson Hands, has grown, from a tiny organization in the corner of this world, to a large organization."

He took a breath and continued,"I've decided that our goal, has to be delayed for a bit, we have other problems to take care of." This made the others widen their eyes in shock, their goal, was so close to being accomplished, but he wanted to delay it for a bit?

One of the fingers, who seemed to be the Fourth Finger looked at Rei, and said," Why do we need to delay it? Any particular reason, while we may have joined the organization because of our common goal, it does not mean we wish to be ordered by you,Rei."

"Shut up. I can easily kill you here… But since you are part of my organization, I'll tell you. The reason why I am temporarily putting our goal to a delay is because of a problem, which could stop us from reaching our goal." Rei said as he glared at the Fourth Finger.

"His name Is Ren. Ren Deathbringer." One of the fingers eyes opened wide, He seemed to be familiar with that name. Rei did not notice the reaction of the finger.

"The Abyss Lord supports him." He added with a scowl, the Ten Fingers got shocked, the Abyss Lord was known as a very cold figure to everyone, he barely had any friends, let alone a 'champion'

"A SSS Rank Slayer… Supporting a mere Newborn Slayer? What madness is that… I think that is absurd, Rei, stop trying to lie to us, and tell us the truth!" The sixth finger frowned, and with a cold glare looked at Rei.

"I am not lying, Sixth. I've fought him two times in my life. The First time I barely escaped with my life because he got cocky, and the second I was burned to death by him, I again only escaped because he tends to get cocky very easily."

Rei took a deep breath, his eyes flashing with a bit of anger and fear.

"He also has an extremely rare Exo Power, Void. Not to mention I can feel something ancient inside him… If my feelings are right, he is hiding something from the world. Something extremely powerful."

The Tenth Finger snorted," I'll go and deal with him. A brat who has yet to even graduate, has no reason to interrupt us from our goal." Before Rei could tell him to not do that, the shadow disappeared.

Rei groaned,"Great, Seventh, Ninth go with him, I don't need a dead Tenth… If the situation gets too terrible, just gang on him, and if that does not work just escape. I doubt that even with his power he can deal with 3 S Rank Slayers on his own."

The Seventh and Ninth Finger looked at Rei and nodded,"It shall be done."

Ren frowned, he did not expect a day in the pool to be so complicated. Laura kept asking him about how her bikini looked, which annoyed him. Did it really matter?! He already said it looked good on her several times! Just because he didn't show it in his face, it did not mean anything!

He just did not like showing emotions… Geez did his friends not even realize that after years of being together?!

Again, he did enjoy a very cool day at the pool together with Kashmir and Albion, the trio were drinking some cold drinks and relaxing inside the water, using Exo to make them feel comfortable on the water surface.

"Yo, Kashmir did you ever find out why Thomas stopped wearing glasses? I mean his eyesight was supposed to be bad right?" Albion asked,Kashmir chuckled and replied," Yeah, but it seems he underwent a surgery, which fixed his eyesight, he always called his glasses a nuisance to his road as a Slayer."

Ren drank more of his drink, and looked at Albion," I have a feeling, a bad one. Something bad is going to happen soon." He said with plain eyes. He really hated it when this happened. Something really annoying was going to happen soon.

Albion groaned,"Someone is going to attack this pool? Thanks god our two teams rented it… Man your money is saving people indirectly! Great improvement Ren." He chuckled at the end. Ren's right eye twitched.

"Oiii, guys be careful, someone might just attack us, Ren had a feeling that might happen, y'know Laura, his thoughts about stuff like this usually tend to become true…" Laura shivered as she thought about the times Ren was right about several stuff, and she got her guard on.

*BOOM*

Less than a moment later, Ren's 'prophecy' came to be true, as the doors to the pool burst open, and the doors flew away. Three figures were revealed.

The first one, was a man whose face could not be seen due to a cloak, which covered all of his body, but you could see a pair of azure eyes. He was also quite tall, taller than most of the people here.

The second one, was a woman. She had long pink hair, which were freely waving in the air, and black eyes. She had a voluptuous figure, her chest was certainly not lacking in size. Ren would give her a rating of 7 out of ten if he had to.

The Third one was a middle aged man, with black hair and black eyes. From the three, he was the only one who felt 'empty' Ren could see that deep inside his eyes was… nothing. It was as if he was looking into the eyes of a puppet.

Ren sighed, as he grabbed the Soul Reaper, man, he was so glad he didn't forget to take his sword with him today. IT would cause his so many problems if he did not carry it with him today. Ren did not wait to get any word out from the 3 invaders, and jumped at them, unsheathing his sword.

The cloaked figure jumped away, and so did the pink haired girl, while the third one jumped at Ren too, facing his sword with his hand, which was covered in an armor, just like Alex's gauntlets. Seems he also used that kind of weapons.

The middle aged man looked at him with hollow eyes, and his left hand, which was not occupied by Ren's sword burst out with red energy, Fire. Ren could feel the heat coming out of it, if he got hit by it, he would probably get burned.

Time slowed down as the man sent his left arm,coated in fire towards Ren, who barely had any choice left to dodge his attack, as he felt the grip of the man in his sword. Ren acted smartly, and slammed his foot, which was covered in Void Exo Particles into the man's hand, negating the attack.

Albion decided to interrupt the entire fight, and his sword flew at the man, who was forced to also jump behind. "Light Barrage!" Albion shouted as his other sword flew into the air, and the twin swords shot at the man with unimaginable speed, rivaling that of light. The man groaned, that would be annoying to deal with.

"Just fucking die!" The man roared as his own body was coated in fire, and battled the light, which barely did any damage to him. Albion frowned, but Kashmir was not going to just stand by. He used Albion as a launch pad, and jumped at the man, holding a spear in his hand.

"Spear Style - One Handed Thrust!" Kashmir said as he thrusted the spear at the man with one hand,"Hand To Hand Combat Style - Twin Dragons!" Kashmir said as he threw the spear into the air after the man dodged the attack and slammed both of his palms into the man, making him slightly cough blood.

Ren frowned,'That is no easy feat, he ranks at around A Rank Slayer level… He is not simple' However that did not stop him from jumping at the man and performing a roundhouse kick. The man was too occupied to dodge or block it.

The Seventh And Ninth Finger chuckled, as their fellow 'Finger' got absolutely decimated and destroyed by three Slayers, the other 7 Newborn Slayers just looking at the battle with a blank expression.

This was getting too destructive. Ren started using his Void more and more, to the point the man was being forced to use all he could muster to protect himself from those attacks. The Seventh Finger frowned," Rei was not joking. That destructive power is too much to deal without any protective meaning. That's practically the nemesis of Tenth. His Fire Exo Power does not protect, it only destroys."

The Ninth smiled, the ninth was the pink haired woman, while the seventh was the cloaked figure. The ninths smile was not warm, it was incredibly cold.

"I am going to have to interrupt this badly soon, Rei said to bring him alive. We don't need a dead Tenth… Just like he said." The ninth's eyes slightly closed and she raised her hand in the air.

Blue energy bursted out of her palm, and into the battlefield of the four. The trio dodged it, while the man just snorted. He blocked it with his own attack. " Are you trying to hurt me, you bitch?!" The man roared.

"Yes yes… You need help my friend! And I am going to have to help you! No matter what you think of it! Rei told me to do so!"

"As the Ninth Finger… I have interrupted this battle!"
