Gotta say it's one of the best wuxia novels in my opinion. Great character development and great story. The main character might be abit of a di*k sometimes and some people might not like him but i really do think that the story sticks to reality where not everyone is perfect. The character development is just great and the plot twists just makes the story alot more intense. Theres alot of things i cant say cuz it will spoil the whole story but TRUST ME, YOU WONT REGRET PICKING UP THIS NOVEL IF YOU LOVE BADASS (and shameless) PROTAGONISTS for some people who are wondering about the genres: Action, Adult, Romance, Harem, Tragedy, Drama, Comedy, OP main protagonist, Modern.

The story is really quite nice, the martial arts and fighting is very exhilarating.. This is my kind of book because i av action and supernatural story.. But the ML is promiscuous,Lets describe it as a Monkey king and female mates...

I hope this gets picked up again, apart from that the story is pretty good, very little spelling errors, so far I've only noticed one, dont know if there are more but I didn't notice more, main character is very mysterious, he is ruthless but also forgiving, worth a read for sure.

This is basically a male wish fulfillment novel, the ml can cheat and do whatever he wants and nothing happens to him, i don't really mind wish fulfillment novels and i even enjoy reading some of them but this one is really bad, like seriously it's trash compared to other "harem" stories.

I got traumatized reading this novel, I couldn't recover from it for a year. Eww the male lead 🤮& female characters throwing themselves like there's no guy in this world. Just 100 chapters in, I already started regretting ever looked upon this novel, I just wanted to read a strong FL novel but never did I thought of crossing over this type of novel. the author said the male lead will become a decent guy if I continue to read, so I continued to read until 100+ chapters, boy do he change, I couldn't handle it anymore so I stopped reading it 🤡. the way the ml looking at females 🤐 disgusting. I do read erotic novels and stuff but boy never have I ever read a novel like this. I don't give a fuck if he had mistresses or whatever , but the way he looked at the fl's friends and female employees 😤 jeez. I don't like any of the characters in this novel.

I'm seeing it again, I've seen it on another site, but I haven't finished it and now I'm going to read everything again, from what I saw it was cool. I see that there are a lot of people complaining more than I remember, yes, it was a harem story, he is really a womanizer, if you are looking for a romance that turns only between the CEO and him, this romance just wasn made for you .

Read up to 685 chapters and quit immediately... Repetition of one thing, over and over again.. He begs for forgiveness but still would go and **** up again, and the circle continues.. The outright disrespect for women is irritating. Sometimes I think the writer is a chronic womanizer or someone close to him, to be able to create a manipulative character that ticks every box... The fact I just read from a commenter that, Lin ruoxi later married him, destroys the small chance to continue... So the writer is saying, as long as you have power and wealth, it doesn't matter if you are a lecher, you can still marry your dream girl... Good book though but not for me..

I dont understand how author can write people in China are selfless...From the beginning of the novel and till now, it is shown that in china strong people or people in superior posts take every bit of advantage of their juniors. Especially its hell for females in every way and worse for girls coming from country side to look for job in the big cities.... The most honest and decent person in my opinion was Old Li the street vendor, father of Li Jingjing. But even an innocent person like him got his life almost his life turned into hell... Police and thugs , Goverment and Ganster Society actually are like Ying and Yang. Supporting each other to all eternity. Although i enjoy the novel, i despise the culture and environment of the big cities as shown in novel...

Annoying sometimes. But good at the same time. Funny. But the women are pushovers. The main character becomes cliche over time. Give it a try.
