WARNING AUTHOR alert need help

It is me author and because of me being very fickle I have created another novel of this world but in the future "The Soldier System" as of now I am undecided of whether to merge the 2 and make the world affected by this one since the other one is in the far future. So far I have not come to a decision so I would like you readers to give me some advice. I am doing the other one when I am bored of this novel. I can also move some ideas from that one to this one.
