Third day of lectures

 After about five minutes, a short bald man who looked like he was floating as almost no sound was made when he moved walked into the lecture hall with light steps. 

 Welcome to my class.... 

 A young man with dark brown hair howbeit somewhat feminine was walking down towards the academic areas, after a short time, he walked into the class, the look on his face showed total disinterest as he didn`t seem to be paying attention to what the man was saying.

 He was the son of a rich scion who had lived most of his life on his bed thinking that one day, he would inherit the property of his Dad. 

 Sooner than expected, his Father fell terribly ill. As expected, he, being the oldest child had the responsibility of taking care of the family business. 

 His father always going out for vacations, missing office at times had made him imagine that his father had to do literally nothing to maintain proper functioning and upgrade of the business. 

 If not for his father`s lawyer, he would have sold the enterprise for a very cheap amount by mistake, he was giving the firm losses by doing rip-off trades with his friends for friendship benefits, ignoring the fact that work and friends must be balanced separately.

 Fortunately for him, the sickness was just a scare and his father still had some very loyal friends who helped him run the company and prevented what might have gained the attention of the GWR for the most shameful bankruptcy in the history of business.

 When his father recovered, he got an earful as he would have ruined generations of works in mere minutes. His father had then told him that except he can bring a certificate which would assure him that he can sit on the manager`s sit or if he can get into partnership with a bigger company, he wouldn`t feel at peace handling the company over to him. 

 That unfortunate event had made him acknowledge the fact that he really was inexperienced and actually needed knowledge on how to manage his father`s business. He could still remember his father`s disappointed face that day.

 This had also made him realize how bad the company he kept was, as none of his friends could help him, some had even tried to scam him by offering him rip-off deals which he accepted because of the trust he had in them. 

 He had previously downgraded the middle-class as most of his friends were also scions of rich families wielding an astronomical amount of wealth. 

 However, his view of the world has changed, so he decided to come to the school to learn and not just to help his father retire early but to take the company to great heights and let the old man use his old age without worry.

 He still found it hard to concentrate during classes as he would not be here on any normal day, he would could have been in the comfort of his home and still be making money. One part of him still loved his old lifestyle of laying lazily on his bed and partying with friends. 

 The saying that "bad habits dike hard" really seems to be true as he couldn`t remember up to five words Professor Clinton said during the class. 

 It was common to form cliques among freshmen but he felt it below him to be here so he wasn`t even in the mood for little talks. 

 After the class, two boys and one girl were having a discussion.

 "I could say I only understood forty percent of what Professor Clinton taught, that man taught like he was teaching professors, it was almost impossible to comprehend what he says on the first attempt" Annabel complained. 

 "I felt like he was speaking an alien language because I didn`t even get what he was saying" Tommy said with half-closed eyes.

 "Maybe if you opened your eyes and ears, it would have looked familiar" Annabel said rolling her eyes.

 Tommy scratched his head in embarrassment, it was true that he literally slept all through the class. He sat beside Annabel during the class so naturally wanted to impress her by staying active during the lecture.

 He even secretly hoped she wouldn`t understand so he will have an opportunity to get close to her by taking her through it, after all, getting close to girls by teaching them has proven to be very effective in the last decades.

 "Probably we should go through it together at your house this evening, do you have any problem with this Annabel?" Lith asked. 

 "No, not at all, there is no problem, you are most welcome" she said.

 "Alright then, we will meet in the evening, I need to get something, I can hear some unpleasant sounds from my stomach." Lith said. 

 "Alright then, see you guys in the evening" she said. 

 To be honest, she was feeling quite anxious as she will soon be hosting two guys in her room, even though she has had many male friends, they rarely entered her room. Especially Lith, she could feel some ripples in her heart, the kind of feelings little girls have when they fall in love.

"Seems like love at first sight is true after all" She thought.

 Even though she really wanted to deceive herself, she knew she had fallen in love thoroughly this time and it would be best to just accept it. There is no point going against her heart as she can only suppress but not quench the fire in her heart.

 As soon as Annabel walked a few couple of meters away, Tommy asked

 "So what did ya decide, want to enjoy with some badass bitches, who knows, you might even get laid" he said emphasizing the last part.

 In as much as Lith really wanted to go to the party, he really anticipated going as he didn`t have the time during his college years to attend much. He spent most of his free time assisting his mom or playing with his younger sister. 

"Sorry, but I will pass" Lith said. 

 "Ok, it`s up to you, just know you have to relax once in a while." Tommy said.

 Alright, I will remember your words. Lith said.
