They finished signing up for the festival and waited for their turns to fight. King had the poor luck of going against Isaac first. Isaac walked over to King and flicked his forehead. King flew out the ring and rolled on the ground. Isaac walked off the ring and stood next to Meliodas. Every fight went as expected except for the fact that Diane had been one of the combatants.

"Everyone get out of here now!" Meliodas yelled as all the Sins jumped onto the ring.

"As if!" One of the spectators yelled.

"We're the Seven Deadly Sins and if you don't leave you're going to die!" Isaac yelled. Before anyone could truly get away several fire balls rained down on them. Ban and Isaac used Snatch on the civilians and pulled them away from the fight. They both dodged as a girl with lavender hair swung her sword at them. She turned and began to attack Isaac. Ban tried to intervene but was blasted away by Guila's explosive magic.

"Who are you?" Isaac asked as he clashed blades with her. She didn't answer as her attacks became stronger. She launched him back and threw a spell bead at him. It exploded on contact and slammed him into a rock. She stabbed him in his shoulder with her sword and pinned him to the rock.

"Jericho don't push him into a corner like that!" Guila yelled to her, "Kill him now!"

Jericho silently looked up at Guila before facing Isaac again. She twisted he sword making him yell in pain. He had enough and she watched his eyes change.

"There's that beautiful crimson I've been wanting to see again." She told him as she used his blood to cover her lips. He shoved her off of him and knocking her far away from the others. She swung her sword and sliced his chest. She stepped back as she watched his demon mark appear above his left eye.

"You wanted to see crimson right?" He asked her with a dark voice. He had lost full control of himself. He picked her up by her neck and slammed her against a wall. She was full of fear and knew her death was moments away.

"Wait I know you." He told her coldly as he got closer to her face, "You're the girl from Baste Prison aren't you?"

"Y-yes I am. My name is Jericho." She explained, "You scared the hell out of me then but I couldn't stop thinking of your eyes. Their crimson color was beautiful and I needed to get stronger to force it out."

"I'm also a fan of the color crimson." He said as he got closer to her neck.

"Please don't." She pleaded with him. Something inside of him listened and he dropped her. He returned to normal and looked down at her.

"Don't push me that far again. I don't know why but I snapped out of it just before I killed you and I'm not a fan of killing." He told her before he turned and began to walk away. He quickly grabbed her and dove to the ground as a wave of darkness sliced the rock they were next to in half.

"Are you ok?" He asked Jericho. She nodded her head and he could hear her heart rate increase. She saw his eyes turn crimson again. Before she could say anything he bit her just above her collarbone. He let her go and she realized that the bite wasn't meant to kill her.

"Get Guila and leave this place now." He told her before flying towards Meliodas. She put her hand where he bit her and realized she wasn't bleeding. She didn't understand what happened but she quickly left the area.

Everyone watched as Isaac and Meliodas were fighting. Meliodas had lost control and was being driven by his darkness. They slammed into each as they flew around the field. Meliodas cut off Isaac's arm but he pulled it back on with his darkness. Isaac kicked Meliodas in the side and sent him flying into the ground. Meliodas quickly flew back into the air. Just before he and Isaac clashed again Helbram slammed them both in the side and sent them into the cliff knocking them both unconscious. He tried to take them but Diane swung Gideon at him.

"Did you do this to the Captain and Co-Captain?" She asked clearly pissed off.

'Helbram leave there now!' Hendrickson told him. Before he could Diane launched Mother Earth and destroyed their link. Diane grabbed Meliodas and Isaac and went to meet everyone else.

"Hey guys..." Meliodas said as Diane set him down. Isaac was still unconscious but it was obvious he would be fine.

'Why did he bite me like that? It was animalistic and strange.' Jericho thought to herself as she looked in the mirror. She needed to find and ask him about it.
