Chapter 4

I'm tired. For a couple of days after that talk, everything was a mess. And now, I am telling my friends about it.

"Dave talked to me," I said to them in a soft voice. We are here at the library doing our homework in History.

" And? " Lovely said busy doing her homework while Gary is just looking at her. Gary is good at History so maybe he will do his assignment later or even finished it already.

" I think he is just pretending to be a nerd. " I whispered so that no one will hear it.

"How so? " Gary looked at me

"Well" I am hesitating to say this to them but I need their help if ever something will happen to me in the future.

"Did he do something to you? That's why you're not yourself a couple of days ago?" Lovely said that putting her pen at the side and looked at me like she will eat me if I will not tell her about what really happened.

" Yes, he's the reason why I acted like that. I caught him that day when I'm on my way to the Girl's comfort room." Then I looked down.

"What!? Tell us or else! " she said and gave me the warning stares like I don't want to lie to her or she will do something bad.

"Okay!Okay!" I said and started to tell them what happened that day.

I'm on my way to the Girl's comfort room. I am now walking to the hallway but I heard something. I went to check it out, but I didn't expect to see what was happening there. The sound was from the locker room of seniors. And it is exclusive only for boys. There's a glass in the door that you can see what is happening inside. And I saw a tall guy beating 4 men.

As I recognize those men, they are my classmates. One of them was the one who threw a paper at Dave at our first subject. As the guy continue beating my classmates, I know I have to do something. I couldn't think straight and just want to get out of that area. I don't want to be involved and get caught by the man who is currently beating my classmates.

As I started to walk, fewer noises were heard. As a result, I hurriedly walked away but in the sense that no one will hear me. I'm wearing black shoes with 2 inches heels so, it can be noisy. Why did I buy this instead of flat shoes? Quit blaming yourself and just get out of here, I scolded myself. As I am far enough from the scene, I could still hear the voice of the guy who is beating my classmates saying

" I'm starting"

As Dave said those words, I started to continue my fast walk towards my comfort but I stumbled. I fell to the floor that made a loud sound. And I immediately get up and run as fast as I can.

Entering the school laboratory, I hid where most chemicals are. I'm hiding here until I feel so to peek at the window if Dave was already gone. After almost 3 minutes of hiding there, I went to my locker room to change clothes. After that the rest was history.

"Dave really did that? " Said Lovely. The two of them were shocked. They couldn't believe what I said. I just looked down. I don't know what to do anymore.

"From what I observed, Dave is giving you threatening eyes every day. Mostly where you are, he is there. Unlike today, he is not here. " Gary said fixing his glasses.

" I'm in big trouble"

" Yup like the trouble you are every day," she said like saying duh. Lovely is trying to get access to the school's WiFi.

Yep, I'm in trouble every day because of Dave. Tuesday after that talk, I've been watched by Dave, and just by walking properly, I tripped and fall down. And everyone is laughing at me especially the man who pretends to be a nerd. And that's not the end of it. Sometimes, Jaime and his friend who was beaten up by Dave are asking me every time they see me. They are asking where is Dave to get revenge on him but they just can't see him after class. He seems to disappear sometimes but I always see him everywhere and I observed that I am the only one who can find him.

More and more individuals are coming at me asking about him. Some people don't believe in them but, because of the increasing number of students that are beaten up by Dave more people are now curious about him. And most of them are asking me about his whereabouts.

Dave became popular with the girls here even though his get-up is being nerdy in which I think is not his real self. I am wondering maybe his get-up has a purpose. After many bad encounters with him, maybe he has some reasons behind it. But, I don't want to be involved with him. I want to be in a normal state of living even though bullies are everywhere inside the school. Still, I want a normal life in which I want some peace. And yet, trouble always comes in. Dave is just a variable added to my troubles.

I am hoping that I will end my day with peace. With no Dave bothering me for a day. It will help me to have peace of mind and a peaceful sleep later. I opened my phone to check if there are some assignments or projects needed to do this day. I always plan this for me not to have any hassle or any cramming in terms of my assignments and projects. I am glad that I am free tonight.

After our talk at the library and after we bid our goodbyes, I am heading to my bike to prepare to go home. But someone tapped my back and I know who is he. Calling me with a petty name and he said,

" Hi Snow White. Where's your 7 dwarf? " And my whole day is getting worse.
