CHAPTER 57
Feet pads it's way into Asher's home.
Taking a deep breath to inhale the freshly scent of Asher's fragrance,while trailing her fingertips on his objects and artifacts with a big smile.Alexia sigh.
"Still bring back memories".She smile bitterly.
To think that Trina was no longer living here brought great happiness to her.
It was finally bye,bye to Trina.
She smiled by the thought and made herself comfortable waiting for his arrival.
"Asher?"Trina called running down the stairs as her gaze bestow on Alexander.
"Oh Alexandra?".She heard Trina say her voice filled with disappointment
,surprised.
Alexia shot to her foot.
"T..Trina what in God's name are you doing here?".
"Shouldn't I ask you that?what are you doing in our home?".Her lips twisted on hearing the word'HOME'.
"Shouldn't you be crying,leaning on poor Gowon shoulder after Asher had broken your poor heart".
"You must be mistaken Alexia but I and Asher are still together" .
Alexia eyes widens.
"What?your so shocked?".Trina chuckled by the shock written all over her face."Haven't had enough what more do you want,Alexander?".
"I just want my Asher".
Trina sigh while rubbing her temple tirelessly."But he doesn't want you,Alexander can't you understand that he doesn't love you anymore?".
"NO!".She shook her head in denial."He loves me,Asher do".She spat."TRINA!!!Watch out!!!".
Alexia lunged at Trina and pull her together with herself to the floor as the chandelier fell all the way from the first floor and crash to the floor.
Alexia got up and whirl Trina left and right.
"Trina are you okay?did you hurt yourself anywhere?do you feel pain,should I take you to the hospital? How could you be so stupid to just stand there!".She yelled while tears was brimming from her eyes.
Trina was taken back by her action.Sje couldn't believe Alexia cared for her.
Instantly she threw her arms over her,pulling her into a tight hug as she cried harder. "Am so glad you aren't hurt-".
"You do care".Trina muttered.
"What!".
"You do care.....y..you don't hate me,I know you could never do that to me cause you love me like a sister,just like I love you,we all love you,me,Gowon and my mom-".
"Quiet!!!".Alexia snaps and tried to pull away from the hug.
"I do love you,Alexia,so much".Those words warms her heart so much that made her burst into tears.
"Why can't you let me hate you,Trina,Why?Why?Let me hate you, please".
"Shhh"Trina silence her as she smoothen her hair."Is all right Alexia"She pause."Everything is gonna be alright" .She assured her.
An infuriated Avery barge into the Owens mansion unnoticed,Keane shot to his foot,staring at her anxiously.
"Where the hell is that fucking bitch!!".
"Ash-".
"If you dare stop me,I spare to God you're gonna die in my own hands this instant" .Keane shriek in fear by her threat.
"Calm down and tell me what's wrong?".
"Where the hell is your so called sister in law?".She hurled at him.
"If you don't speak to me,am not gonna let you go any further and kill someone-".
"The only person an gonna kill is Chloe!".
"Avery!!!".He roared as his eyes darken."Speak now!"
"Chloe, how could she do this to my Rina because of her my dear daughter ran mad and you why didn't you speak of it,heh!".
"Cause I knew this how you'll react,am so sorry,Avery".
"Tell your family to start packing cause am gonna kick them out of this house sooner or later-".
"Avery-".
"Now!Tell me where that bitch is!".
Avery bounce into Owen's Prime industry, every employee that saw her was confused, they wondered how it was possible to have two Ma'am Chloe.
Avery barge into Chloe office (Jason's former office).
"Avery!!".Chloe burst inside, agitatedly.
"Ow!you're finally here and here I thought i'll have to make an appointment before seeing you-".
"Your so childish to come here and create a mess,right now the employees will be worried and confused why there are two Ma'am-".
"That's where you got it wrong my dear sister,there is only one ma'am and that person is Avery,the rightful wife of Jason and right now am gonna show you how childish I am!!".She furiously started creating chaos.
"Avery stop it!!".
"What in God's name is going on here!".Franca walked in."Avery?-".
"Quick call the security".Chloe ordered, Franca nods in agreement and called them.
Few minutes later,a set of security men started trooping in.
"Kick her out of this place,NOW!!".Chloe demanded. "What you doing?didn't you hear me!".She growl at them,when they didn't make a move.
"Madam Avery?".Ken,a man who had worked for Jason for Thirty years stutter in shock.
He couldn't believe his eyes,the one and only wife of his late boss has returned.
He was glad.
"HEY Ken!!!".Chloe roared."Drag her out,this instance".
"And I have no right to do that?".
"What!".Chloe looked at him nonplussed.
"You heard loud and clear".Avery smiled and waved the guard off as her personal lawyer walked in."Now let's go down to business, am not gonna beat around the bush,ok?".Avery sat on the office chair, making herself comfortable. "Am gonna kick you out of this company".She subtly says."Lawyer".She gestures for him to carry on.
"Thank you".The lawyer, handed some documents to them."In here,it contain the illegal replacement of the formal declaration of Late Mr.Owens will concerning the disposal of properties and holdings after his death,in here".He handed another document to Chloe whose hands was shaking in fear."It shows the date,contract and signature that transpired between you,Franca,Vera and Attorney Linda.It concerns the replacement of the rightful heiress Miss Katrina Owens to Miss Vera Owens".
"I can't believe you would've done this to me and Rina".She shut her eyes,fighting back the tears."You can see all the illegal things you all did and it can lead you all to jail but am not gonna do that cause your my sister,am not gonna expose it to the public cause your my other me,am gonna let this past but am still gonna kick you all out,so start packing your stuff here".With those word she storm off as the lawyer follows.
"What are we gonna do?she's coming for our home soon".Franca says as Chloe sigh.
