All Might, New Power?

After the confrontation with Bakugo, Izuku had finally managed to consciously use his full strength and agility, by managing to finally do it for the first time, he was able to remember the feeling of using that power, then replicate those feelings to use his powers again. That is something he trained extensively for a period of three months to finally be able to tap in at any time he wants.

With the increase of his powers, Izuku started to incorporate more of his powers into his martial arts training. He began using strategies like using a burst of speed to surprise his opponent, then increasing the strength he uses in his punch to his limits during the last second to cause devastating damage to his opponent. This move, which he named "Accelerating Smash" is something he decided to only use against inanimate objects, like robots, or people with quirks that provide them with increased durability, so they wouldn't get hurt too seriously by it's strength.

Bakugo also decided to join Izuku in sparring, although reluctantly due to his pride and ego. He had finally realized he wasn't an omnipotent protagonist that deserved to be the best, merely due to having a great quirk. Something that would probably allow to him to enter at least the top 50 heroes list with no trouble at all, potentially even become the top hero if he works hard enough.

With Bakugo joining him for training Izuku grew much faster than when he only learned from Chao Fan, as fighting an opponent too far above his level, did not help him improve as much as fighting someone on his level or slightly above it did.

By the time both of them became 14 they were each proficient in their own fighting style, wasting a lot less movements and power, than they did during their fight years ago. Izuku had became a sixth degree black belt and was well on his way to earning his seventh, while Bakugo disdained the idea of belts determining your strength, and insisted on using his own improvised martial arts, based on his quirk, which was improving rapidly.

Izuku heads home after completing his seventh degree black belt test, when he suddenly hears a manhole get launched in the air, he uses his x-ray vision to see underground and notices a sentient slime rushing out the manhole.

"Well, what do we have here, a medium sized invisibility cloak." says the sentient slime, now identified as a villain by Izuku.

"What do you mean 'invisibility cloak'? If you're going to try to harm and use me to escape whatever's chasing you in the sewers, then you've got another thing coming!"

"Oh? I love it when they resist, now come here" The slime villain shoots multiple slimy tentacles at Izuku, which he dodges easily before attempting to use 'Accelerating Smash' on the slime villain, which gets his hand, then the rest of his body caught by the slime.

"You seem to have a great quirk that enhances your body, i'll make great use of that to beat him, now to use these quirk weakening rocks I found." the slime villain covers Izuku's face, making it much harder for him to breathe and green rocks started floating through the stone to Izuku, seemingly making him much, much weaker, something that could potentially be fatal.

"These rocks are affecting you much more than you affected everyone else, I cant them kill you before I take over your body." The slime villain moves the rocks away from Izuku who suddenly feels a freezing sensation going up his chest, through his neck and bursts out his mouth. The area of the slime around his face is completely frozen.

He headbutts the frozen slime with his powers, shattering it, freeing his face and allowing him to breathe, he then flips himself sideways within the slime while still feeling the same freezing sensation in his chest, freezing more of the slime before shattering it with his now free fists. The slime villain noticing this however brings the green rocks right back to Izuku, weakening him once more leaving him utterly helpless and dying.

Suddenly, a blur rushes to the slime villain and punches it once causing changes to the very air around them. The blur grabs Izuku, freeing him from the rocks and slime before sending another, more powerful punch towards the slime villain, causing him to crumble into little pieces he started collecting in a bottle hurriedly.

It was at this moment, he realized who the blur was, it was the greatest hero, the symbol of peace, All Might! 'Oh my God, All Might saved me, I have to tell Kacchan, and my mom too, I need to get his autograph, maybe a picture, i'm meeting my favorite hero in real life! This is the greatest day ever!' says Izuku mumbling rapidly.

"Kid, have you ever met a man named All For One?" says All Might, "All For one? No, I've never heard of anyone like that, i'll let you know if I do though!" replies Izuku enthusiastic, glad to talk to his idol, "How do you have multiple quirks then? First the super strength, then the frost breath? Are they the same quirk?" "Yeah, Probably, I don't actually know about the frost breath it never happened before now. The super strength, speed, durability I've had since I was younger, I can also see through walls and have superhuman senses!" says Izuku, still in fanboy mode over meeting All Might that he never realized he was spilling all the details about his quirk, something he has never told anyone but his mother, his sensei and Bakugo.

All Might then sighs in relief, thankful that someone so young and talented wasn't created by his arch enemy, before realizing he doesn't have much time left, grabbing a notebook that fell out of Izuku's bag when he was fighting the slime villain, signs it, before rushing attempting to jump away.

"Wait, don't leave I have so many questions!" Izuku uses his powers and grabs all might's foot., right before all might jumps away bringing them both to the city's rooftops.
