Over three hundred thousand kilometers away from the Battle God Palace, thunder and lighting danced crazily, as a horrifying storm passed over a large city with over 100 million people. Strangely though the city was still bustling with people.

Suddenly on a platform in the center of the city that was heavily guarded, a youth exited a teleportation array with red eyes and disheveled hair, it was Ouyang Li,after being rejected by the Battle God Palace he moved from teleportation arrays to teleportation arrays desperately trying to go home. Days later after spending his last bit of money, he finally arrived back home to the Evergreen City, shortly later he exited he fainted for unknown reasons.

A few hours later in a dark room Ouyang Li knelt on the ground.

"From left to Right I want you to introduce yourself, Name, how long you've awakened and what is your talent "

Flare was in the last row on the right along with the two outer disciples from the Weapon Hall.

The instruction were simple, it didn't take long for the first person to stand up

"What is your talent Rank right now" Instructor asked in stuprised tone

"B rank " Flare answered without thinking much

Flare shook his head, he still didn't have the chance to ask any elders, ever since he arrived he was continously being fed information so he completely forgot.

The cause for this is really simple, you're not the only one that gets stronger when you breakthrough, your talent also gets stronger. After you breakthrough, your talent will unlock more of it's potential as well as it's strength being increased by alot, which is sometimes completely out of your control.

However as the saying goes it's better to raise a lion from it's a cub ,than trying to tame one when it's an adult,because you never know when it will turn it's back on you and kill you in your sleep Similarly People with growth type talents have being raising their talent from low ranks to high ranks, sometimes even starting at F rank , so they have a good connection with their talents, it will never betray them no matter how powerful it gets.So after someone with a growth type talent breakthroughs, they will keep most of their harmony with their talent , giving them an advantage in battle.

So while growth type talents are not better than any of your talents,until you increase your harmony to a high level, you will always be at a disadvantage..."

" If you want to increase your harmony without long meditations or special treasures it is useless..." even Instructor Lily felt a bit bitter as she finished explaining.

Flare listened to everything intently, not wanting to miss a single detail,he finally understood why his talent was so precious to everyone , although after it reaches S rank it won't be any better than any other S rank talent, his harmony will always remain superior, saving him time and resources.

That also explained why he could fight more freely than those he saw at Monster Horde,it was almost as if they were fighting with tight leach around them.
